Dandelion root. I tried this brand specifically because I also take dandelion root. This allows me to reduce the number of suppliments I take.
I didn’t feel any changes switching from my other brand to this one so the quality is there. The size or quantity to price is okay compared to my other. Easy to swallow at a normal size and meeting my needs for effectiveness.

It is sometimes hard to write a review about supplements as it can be difficult to quantify how good a supplement is from taking it for a short time. Regarding this Doctor Morses’s Milk Thistle Supplement, on the surface, the bottle was impressive as it came from a QUALITY manufacturer that cared about their image. I have ordered other supplements that arrived in a blah bottle with a cheap paste-on label, which would make me think if they didn’t even care about the outside of the bottle, how can I trust what is inside? Going back to this product, it is made in the USA and the company has their toll-free number on the label along with their website address. The product is made from an extract instead of just a powder and from my understanding, our body’s better absorb supplements and get more benefit from them when taken as an extract instead of a powder. The two ingredient combination, adding the Dandelion Root to accompany the Milk Thistle provides even better Liver support (along with support for the Gallbladder as well) than Milk Thistle alone. I’ve always heard that milk thistle and dandelion are great to detox your liver. Finding them both combined with no other ingredients (besides the vegetable casing) made these a no brainer to try. I don’t know how to tell if they are doing what they say, supplements are hard like that but they are easy to take and the lid is easy to remove/put back on. I’d try these if you’re looking for low ingredient liver detox to hopefully make you feel better!
