I started using this product because I was lifting weights and taking products like Natadrol and P6 black to support my muscle-building progress. To keep it simple, anything that stays in your body for a longer period of time (i.e., 24 hours), it’s probably always a good idea to give your liver a bit of support.
When I would search for products that increased testosterone (yes, women need it, too!), I noticed that it was always recommended to take something for the liver post-cycle. Mind you, I never took anything methylated, just products like P6 black and P6 red, and even Natadrol (I used 1/4 the dose). Even though the products I used were for just a tad bit of help and were considerably mild, I was still mindful of my liver. I didn’t want to damage my liver in simply because I wanted to build more muscle.
I felt like this product really did help support my liver to do its intended job – and I have purchased many, many bottles! I can’t say that I “believe” in detox because that actually IS the liver’s job, but what I do know is that it can become overwhelmed, especially with all the normal things (i.e., products, medication, other supplements, etc) we use on a daily basis. I appreciate that it doesn’t have any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives – and it is nonGMO! It provides a really powerful dose to help support my liver, and I appreciate that it’s organic, too.

I have tried the milk thistle supplement and to my surprise I was very pleased with the product. The flavor was a little different at first for me but I was able to get past that. This supplement has one of the highest milligrams of the supplements I researched. It is potent and effective in assisting the liver to function more productively. The value of this product is great considering the amount of veggie capsules that you get for the price. I am a repeat customer for sure!

It is potent and effective in assisting the liver to function more productively & I love that it’s organic , vegan and the pills are easy to swallow. I found that there was no aftertaste at all & I did not experience any negative side effects . Milk thistle has been researched to be a evidence-based therapy for improving liver function. It is also a great way to increase glutathione in the body and if you’re overweight or have fatty liver disease its a great herb to detoxify the liver . I would highly recommend this product and use it again.

I had to switch brands because Puritan’s Pride Milk Thistle Extract was using natural caramel color, which is a carcinogen! That is when I stumbled upon fresh nutrition All Natural Milk Thistle. fresh nutrition is better than Puritan’s Pride in so many ways! fresh nutrition has a higher dosage, only 1 capsule a day for 120 days, affordable price and no harmful additives at all!! Compared to Puritan’s Pride Milk Thistle Extract 1000MG: 2 capsules per day to get 2000MG, 3 months worth of supply vs 4 months worth with fresh nutrition brand, Puritan’s Pride other bs ingredients like soybean oil, vegetable glycerin, natural caramel color, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide color!!! With fresh nutrition brand, no harmful additives and having a peace of mind knowing, I don’t run the risk of getting cancer!! Plus, fresh nutrition is third party tested!! I’m so glad I made the switch from garbage Puritan’s Pride brand! What a waste of money! I highly recommend fresh nutrition All Natural Milk Thistle 2000MG supplement! Worth every penny!! many reviews are stating fresh nutrition Milk Thistle is only 500mg and not 2000mg, but this isn’t true… this is a potent Milk Thistle extract 4:1 ratio equivalent to 2000mg of Milk Thistle seed. this product is organic and you only take one small capsule per day. the bottle will last 4 months and i feel this to be a good value for my money. i just started taking this supplement and if i have any ill effects i will most certainly come back and update this review…

This is an wonderful, clean supplement for liver cleansing. When taken responsibly as recommended by your provider (preferably a holistic practitioner), this is a great staple supplement to begin your health journey. Highly recommend, good price, taste, and quality of capsules.
