Each bottle is approx 30 day supply if you take the recommended 2 capsules. I take 2 but I give one to my 83yr old mother. Based on recommended mg dose by her doctor was about 1 cap of these. My only complaint is that they are pretty big around for the elderly and hard for my 83yr old mom to swallow. I wish they made a liquid version. Shipping was OK. Not sure yet how I feel about the price per bottle yet

Good product. good value. I take lots of supplements, but using this for a specific purpose pre-workout. Please consider making more Liposomal supplements! There hasn’t been a pure good value Liposomal Resveratrol (Mega resveratrol is a good source for the micronized powder) in a while and there is market room for 99% alpha Cedrene liposomal, and PEA as well as alpha-ketoisocaproate (α-KIC)

according to an article in sciencedirect_dot_com, “Alpha-ketoglutarate extends lifespan and healthspan in various organisms.” (/science/article/pii/S053155652300075X). I’ve read online (could be promotional) that calcium-alpha-ketoglutate is preferred because it is absorbed more slowly from the gut. All I can say is that this brand is good quality and the liposomal gelcaps are easy to swallow. I’ve taken another brand with large hard to swallow tablets, and these are much better.

I purchased this to increase my life span. I have been taking this since November 2023. It is amazing in that short time how much better I feel. I think that not only because of the supplement but because of the Liposomal which I feel helps get this supplement into my system quick. I had to throw away my supply of this Ca AKG once I realized I was like the majority of the other uninformed amazon reviewers who blindly trusted that what the label stated was in fact what was in the product. There is no 3rd party testing supplied for this product so for all I know it may contain nothing (and hopefully not something harmful). I couldn’t find any information regarding this company when I searched online either. My understanding is that the majority of supplements you can buy online are manufactured in China and then random people buy the product in bulk supply and put them in bottles. You’ll just have to trust that the bulk supplier provides a legitimate product and that the repackager provides a legitimate product without harmful chemicals, other contaminants, and with the appropriate dosing. I’d be concerned the seller cares about making more profit at the expense of providing a legitimate product. Buyer beware.
