I ordered these to help lower my blood pressure The size of the tablets was good. They were easy to swallow, however I could still taste the beets. It wasn’t bad at all. With consistent use it did seem to help with my blood pressure. Be sure to ask your doctor if yon take prescription blood pressure medicine because you could make your pressure drop too low.

I’m used to checking the bottom of the bottle for the expiration date, but on this one, it’s dot matrix printed on the top. Apparent lot number along with an expiration date of 03/2029 is found there. I received these early 10/2024, so it’s got some time on it.
Something I dislike, is that there’s a bit sticky label placed right over the label info, making it difficult to read. I’m not deducting a star as it appears to be removable, but I wanted to mention it.
The bottle didn’t directly say Made in USA, although it alluded to it. That sticky label -did- say Made in USA directly.
When I saw the Delaware address, I had to look it up. Sure enough, the address listed on this bottle leads back to one of those “set up a corporation” places. So, if you were to walk in there, I doubt you will find anyone to talk to about the product. I leave that for your information.

I have been taking a beet root supplement for about six months now. My blood pressure had crept up slightly, and I was looking for “natural” ways to lower it. My current supply was about to run out, so I began looking for a replacement because the current ones were a “quick release” capsule that had the tendency to cause burping-up (yuck).
I saw this bottle of 240 Beet Root Supplement Tablets and decided to order it and give them a try. Tablets take longer to digest than quick release capsules, so I was hopeful burping would not be an issue. Mission accomplished–no adverse effects. My doctor had suggested 2000mg daily; these tablets (if the suggested dosage is followed) are 9000 mg. So, I only take one tablet per day. Over the last six months, my blood pressure has slowly gone down on this dose, but you or your physician should decide the proper dosage for you.
As extra positives for me, these tablets are Made in the USA and third-party tested. I am pleased with these beet root tablets.

At 60:1 Ratio, it’s an equivalent of 9000mg Beetroot Powder. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I’m deducting 1 Star for lack of 3rd Party Lab Testing.

These Beet root supplements are small tablet sized that make them easy to swallow. They don’t have not after taste, and i noticed no after effects. I Took 2 tablets daily as starter to gauge for after effects. These seemed well worth the low price for the quantity in the container. I am not sure if its the seller or amazon, but i would like to see the full label readable, instead of having to look it up online due to a 3rd party product label covering manufacture label.

I have been taking beets for years in both powder and tablet form. I like that these beetroot extract tablets are easy to take (3 per day is the recommended dose), they are small and easy to swallow and quite affordable. The beet root extract is a good quantity. It notes the ingredients are natural, they are 3rd party tested and made in the USA. The “other” ingredients cause me some concern as there are three that all serve some of the same and/or overlapping functions. Why do you need three? These are tablets, so maybe more than one is needed, but my preference is to keep it basic. You can read about these and see their uses and side effects. The amount of these ingredients is not listed, but if you take lots of supplements it may be something to consider. They are microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) which is a refined wood pulp, Di calcium Phosphate and Magnesium Stearate.
