I use berberine to help manage blood sugar. I ordered this supplement after noticing it uses a liposomal delivery system. I’ve read that this helps make berberine more bio available, and since the liposomal supplement I found at Costco has worked so well keeping my blood sugar in check, I have decided to keep using similar supplements. Of course, I should add that I adhere to a healthy clean diet, forgoing nearly all processed sugar and processed food sources, and keep the mantra “prioritize protein, control carbs, and don’t fear fat” as a central tenet of my approach to eating. So, expecting berberine to “fix” poor eating habits that cause poor sugar control, is not likely to work, but using it as a tool when you do your best, but still have the genes that contribute to diabetes risk, now that’s a winning combination.

Easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my tummy. Can take it an hour when I feel like my sugar is high and when I do my test my sugar is back to normal.

I use berberine for its reported benefits for lowering blood sugar and helping to control that. I have had good results with that and cinnamon and other nutraceuticals in the past. So I like to have burberrying around for those reasons. This was easy to swallow there’s enough of it to get the result and I will keep taking berberine. Keep in mind I am not a healthcare practitioner or doctor trying to recommend anything or cure anyone or prescribe anything here. These are simply my own results for my own research and your results May Vary.

I inherently distrust any supplement seller who posts a listing and doesn’t include an image of the Supplement Facts. Such as this seller. Not much other info available about the seller or the product. The promo material is quite interesting to me, however, so I decided to try it. I’m posting a picture of the Supplement Facts so you won’t have to wonder.
I am happy I decided to give it a try. It works well. I manage my glucose with Berberine HCL. The high quality stuff works very well for that. Some of the garbage doesn’t work at all.
Initial impression of this one is it works exceptionally well. This morning my fasting glucose was 114. Two meals, one of these liquigels and 4½ hours later, it was 97. That’s impressive to me.
It is quite expensive at 33¢ per pill as compared to my most preferred brand which costs 22¢. It may very well be worth it. With the 40% coupon sale currently running, it’s very reasonably priced. I’ll be interested to see how well it works over time. Meanwhile, I can say I like this product and I recommend it.

I have been taking this berberine for a few weeks now and I can already feel a difference in my blood sugar as well as how I feel overall. The pill itself is easy to swallow and leaves zero after taste or after burps. I feel more energetic and overall just feel so much better since I have started taking these.
