I prefer tinctures over pills. Love the ingredients inside this product. I use it with my fulvic minerals and blend it with organic juice. Taste is good. Feel like I have more energy too.

I like the fact that this berberine is an easy to take and swallow liquid; the taste is very mild. Hopefully it is effective for blood sugar control and reducing appetite/cravings but I can’t say positively how effective these drops are. My intention is to take them for a period of time so I give this product a good test run. Ironically, other berberine drops are VERY sweet which doesn’t make sense because Berberine is a strong, terrible tasting herb so it’s good that there is an this option that is not overwhelmed with sweetness.

finished 1 bottle and didn’t feel much of an effect till 1/2-3/4 of the bottle but it did curb cravings and energy levels were pretty consistent. i’d say i lost minimum 5 pounds but my weight fluctuates a lot
