I tried the Saffron Supplements for Adults Capsule, which is supposed to improve mood and cognitive function. It contains crocin, crocetin, and kaempferol. However, I noticed no significant improvements in these areas after taking it as directed. The capsules are also quite large and difficult to swallow. While it may help some people, it did not meet my expectations, and I would not expect significant results.

VERY disappointed!! Thought it was eligible for refund, not a good sign if it’s not & should be avoided. This made me sleepy but not in a way that helped me sleep when I switched to evening. Made my anxiety worse with tight chest & difficulty breathing. Also worsened my depression. I had high hopes after reading up on the benefits of saffron, hard to tell if it’s just a poor quality supplement or if saffron itself is just not right for me.
EDIT: The company contacted me & I did receive a refund, so I appreciate their customer service efforts. I guess it’s a case of trial & error to find which supplements are right for you, this just was not a fit for me. It may work for others.

This saffron extract has been great. I’ve been using it for several days and I notice an improvement in my overall mood. I’ve been taking the supplement after breakfast, it is easy to swallow, does not have any bad flavor and does not cause any stomach upset. I have not experienced any side effects. The main reason behind my purchase decision was that these capsules are totally vegan, natural and contain a good amount of saffron extract for the price offered.
I am taking it mainly for the purpose of memory and mood improvement and I like the feature regarding weight management, although it is too soon to make a judgment on that one. I am still using it and hope to see a noticeable impact on my memory similar to the improvement I noticed on my mood.
