After two days of using this product, my hot flashes went from a couple times an hour to about 3 to 4 times a day. After five days I felt the beginning of a couple hour flashes, but they inly lasted a few seconds. After about 10 days, no more hot flashes. No signs of flashes during the day or night. Now about a month later, no flashes in weeks. Extremely happy with this product! I’ve told friends about it.
Also I’ve been sleeping much better, and my energy had been great.

I have been dealing with all kinds of crazy issues since I started menopause. However, the 1 that bothers me most is the uncontrollable hot flashes. I start sweating so bad, my hair looks and feels like I just got out of the shower. My shirt gets drenched and sweat drops fall onto my glasses. This always seems to happen when I’m grocery shopping or at a place like Home Depot or Lowe’s. People end up looking at me like I’m on drugs or something.

So I stumbled upon this product in my search for natural relief for hot flashes. I read reviews and gave it a try. The pills are slightly bigger than I like and if I don’t take them with food I can taste them in burps, which is not a pleasant flavor. After about 5 weeks of taking these pills twice a day, I noticed a difference, my hot flashes were cut in half. Understand I was having about 20 plus hot flashes a day, it was miserable. After being on the pills for 6 plus months I cut my hot flashes down to maybe 2 a day. As a year of taking them approached, I began to get more hot flashes again, like the pills were not working. So I went completely off them for a month and a half, struggled with many hot flashes again, then started the menopause support pills back up taking two pills a day. After 4 weeks, minimal hot flashes, yay!!! This stuff is amazing and so reasonably priced. So happy this company cares about women. Thank you Nature’s craft. I would like to add that once the pills started to work, not only did it eliminate the number of hot flashes but it also lessened the severity of a hot flash. I’m about to turn 50 and was having horrendous night sweats and hot flashes. Literally took these for 2 days and this was about 5 months ago. Never took them again and have not had 1 single night sweat since! Gave some to my older sister and now she’s asking me to please order her some more. I had been taking Estoven for relief of perimenopause symptoms (mainly mood & joint pain), but decided to give this a try since Estroven had become less effective for joint pain. This supplement doesn’t alleviate my joint pain at all & seems less effective keeping my moods in check. The fact that it must be taken with food is a deterrent for me. The directions do not specify if both doses can be taken 1x or if they must be taken one capsule 2x daily. I haven’t noticed hot flashes or frequent trips to the bathroom, so that’s a plus. They may have helped curb my appetite, but haven’t done anything for my belly bloat. Good luck to all the ladies trying to find comfort in their own skin during this not so fun time of life.

I was taking another (expensive) supplement because the night sweats are REAL, even taking those, absolutely nothing changed. I was still moody, irritable and still sweating at night. I was very reluctant to try another, cheaper, brand but they are all different, right? 🙂 Oh my after about 3 weeks of taking this, I still get ‘hot’ here and there but it is NOTHING like they were before and there is no associated sweating at night, just sometimes hot.
