The capsules are small and easy to swallow, they have a mild garlic odor and taste to them. I have been taking them with other supplements or a meal to ensure I don’t burp up garlic!
Anytime I can buy a supplement with multiple quality ingredients, I will. This has been one of those, with 11 ingredients! It comes with 100 servings in one bottle, with two capsules as one serving, which to me is an excellent value, based on the price at the moment being under $20! It comes with a good number of servings for me to try out the supplement, to see if it will work for me and if I should keep taking it.
So far, I can tell that it is helping me with my circulatory, and immune systems. I would highly recommend this quality supplement to anyone who would like help with their circulatory and immune systems! This supplement is not curing me of any illnesses and I would like to state that it’s important to speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any supplement, if you have a medical condition or are taking medication, to ensure there won’t be any problems for you! We are all unique, so what works for one person may not work for another, so be sure to take supplements with caution and also give them some time to start working if you can.

I was curious about citrus bergamot, which appears to have some benefits for cardiovascular health generally, though I’m most curious about its athletic benefits, which do not appear to be studied much. It looks like it’s mostly shown to have anti-inflammatory benefits in certain individuals with disease, not studied as much in healthy individuals. It does appear in this supplement at the effective doses that appear in studies, though.
I’m not familiar with the other ingredients that are claimed to be in here, but a popular way to obscure exactly how much of each ingredient is in is to list the total weight of a blend. That’s what’s done here for the non-citrus bergamot ingredients. It’s impossible to tell how much of each is in there.
I have access to a lot of scholarly articles, and ashwagandha appears to have been dosed at 120-1200mg daily, while berberine has been studied at 500mg in a study I read. That is to say, when 5 ingredients are listed at a total weight of 200mg for the 1 recommended daily does, it’s almost impossible that you will be getting enough of any of them to reach the clinically tested levels.
