Nice little pill. Hold it under your tongue and let it dissolve on its own. Gives you a boost of energy and no jitters!! Didn’t feel hungry for quite a while so it definitely works at cutting back on your appetite. Good quality, great value.

Like others I see in the reviews, I regularly take NMN daily to boost my NAD levels to protect my DNA as much as possible from damage. This isn’t NMN though. It sounds like it’s already NADH which, from what I’ve researched, is essentially the opposite side of the same molecule, which is NAD and the other side is NAD+. NAD+ and NADH actually transform back and forth between being one or the other as they’re negatively or positively charged.
With all of that being said, it seems that we can use both and this one is nice because it’s sublingual, under the tongue, which is the most absorbent place for it to get quickly into the bloodstream. As a reminder: It says to take it at least an hour eating and preferably in the morning.
It tastes okay for what little you get out of it melting under your tongue. I’m glad I tried it and though I can’t speak of any instant rush of energy, I do think it helps my mind keep going on as I’m still trying to get work done. I actually tend to take it later in my day.
Cons: We’ll, it arrived quickly, is packaged very impressively, each tablet is sealed safely. The only 2 things I can think of is that I don’t see any information about it’s Testing or Manufacturing processes, which I like to know all I can about things I’m taking and that I still need to understand more about it to understand if it’s a decent price. I’ve seen another company with a similar sublingual tablet that costs more and regular tablets than cost less.

This supplement comes in a box with a smaller box inside. The smaller box contains 3 sheets of 10 lozenges. The lozenges are fairly small and the instructions state to keep them under your tongue for 1 minute for them to dissolve. It actually took about 5 minutes for the lozenge to dissolve, and I found myself fighting the urge to chew it instead. The lozenge has a slight peppermint flavor which isn’t bad and roughly equivalent to a breath mint. Each lozenge has 20mg of Cellion C3 NADH with no other added ingredients. I did find that I was less tired than average after taking the supplement so I would say that it is effective. I had no side effects or adverse results from the supplement. I wasn’t a fan of the form factor and I would have preferred a chewable, soft-gel or capsule instead but that is just personal preference. The price is on the high side compared to competitive products. Overall I would recommend this supplement if the lozenges don’t bother you.

I’ve been a regular consumer of B3 (Niacin) for several years now, after being prescribed to use it on a daily basis. Currently, I daily consume 1000mg as a standalone supplement alongside my morning and evening supplements, so 500mg at a time. Additionally, I’ve been consuming an additional 8mg of whole food B3 via Amazon Elements Organic Whole Food B Complex, as well as 16mg to 18mg of fermented B3 via a rotating mix of whole food multivitamin products. Cellion CE3 Core Energy is the first product I’ve tried that provides NADH, the antioxidant form of B3. I was intrigued by the product description here which touts its being “great for athletes or executives who need quick natural energy!”, because I fit both descriptors, and because of the claim that Cellion works “to maximize overall energy naturally” without “caffeine, sugar or other additives.” After sitting on my kitchen counter for a few weeks, I tried it for the first time today. And it works phenomenally! Essentially, I was feeling like crap after my daily runs were being disrupted by the changing Chicago weather patterns of Springtime, alternating frequently between treadmill and trail runs, being disappointed on multiple occasions due to rain, so I tried a tablet as an experiment. Another reviewer here commented that the “flavor is mediocre”, but the instructions specifically state to let it dissolve under the tongue, not to chew it. It took a few minutes to dissolve, and in about a half an hour my crappy feelings disappeared, followed by a boost of energy for the rest of my afternoon. I’ll definitely be a repeat user, but I don’t plan to take this product on a daily basis because I don’t want my body to acclimate from frequent usage.

This energy supplement didn’t work for me. It comes in a very large beautiful box. Nested inside is a very tiny box with a few blister packs jambed inside. Wasteful packaging. The pills themselves are micro dots. It took about five minutes for the pill to dissolve with a very refreshing minty flavor. I was hoping to use this as a caffeine replacement for my late afternoon pick-me-up. But it did nothing for me. Maybe deep down it’s making my cells healthier by giving them energy, but it doesn’t help my groggy mind and body.
