I have a bit of arthritis in my joints. I take this daily. Glucosamine is a sugar protein that helps your body build cartilage and it’s naturally found in bone marrow. This is not a gimmick. This supplement has science backing it. My joints feel smoother and pain free after taking this. Some supplements I’m skeptical about and I was with this one too but I must say my joints do feel better. I will keep taking this and give a future update. For now, 5 stars.

This is one month supply of what I normally take 2 of in another brand. While the ingredients are quality and it works, I just can’t fully rate it without noting the cost, which at the time of this review is not available. These tablets are also larger than the other brand I take with the same ingredients but only 2 per day. That said, these work just like the other brand I am taking.

I have chronic arthritis in the knees. My physical therapist told me to find the largest dose of glucosamine possible and take it twice a day, and in 6 months I’ll notice some relief. Well, I did that, and he was right, I found significant relief and will continue taking it. I have been taking Ultimate Nutrition and my knee problems have not returned, so it seems just as good as the discount big box membership store brand I was previously taking. I’m not tied to a brand, but have always sought out the best price and usually find that at a membership warehouse. However, as I said, Ultimate Nutrition works great for me.

It’s not easy to rate something like this. It contains the ingredients I was looking for, and I’m hopeful it will bring some relief to aching joints. But it’s not a quick fix. It’s part of an overall treatment plan for me (and should be for you as well) that includes overall diet, supplements, exercise and even changing sleep positions.

Seeing as how some supplements work well for some and not for others, I’m glad these were a good fit for my mother. I also like that it’s Made in the USA and the price, which was $17.99 for 90 tablets on the day of purchase, is fair and reasonable.

Been taking 3 times a day for almost 3 weeks now. Another week or so will be finished with the whole bottle. Glucosamine suppose to help with joints but so far I have not notice any benefits taking compare to not taking any. Everyone absorbs things differently so it might benefits one person but not benefit another. My left knee has pain for awhile and I have not notice any change in degree of the daily pain I have.
Size of the pill I don’t have any issue swallowing it but to take 3 a day to get the daily dosage i can see how some people won’t like that.
One thing I did notice taking these my bowel seems to be very regular. Sometime 2 times a day. Will continue finish the whole bottle but very likely will not be continuing taking it after it’s done.

I have been taking glucosamine and chondroitin for many years and now have added msm to the formulation. “MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is a supplement that is used to try to help a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, allergies, and even snoring.”
My doctor tells me that taking glucosamine and chondroitin is a waste of my money, that it has no proven benefits. I tell him I have experimented often with this supplement. I have stopped taking it and my knees begin to hurt. I start taking it again and the pain goes away. My doctor tells me it is all in my head and I tell him that’s not a bad place to be.
Readers of this review can go to the Internet and do their own research about glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM. Millions of people take this formulation and can they all be wrong, that the benefit comes just because they believe it helps? Doctors call this the placebo effect. Much research continues to be done about the power of our beliefs to influence our ability to heal.
My wife also takes this formulation and she agrees that it helps. Is Ultimate Nutrition better than the other supplements available? I’m not sure. Each reader must decide for himself or herself.
