I got this for the milk thistle, but it has a multitude of other herbs as well. I used to take milk thistle years ago and recalled good things about it. However, I did not check on the potential interactions with my current meds before ordering it or read up on it at all until after taking one capsule two days in a row. If I had, I probably would have passed on this.
There are cautions against using milk thistle along with medications for high cholesterol, although for the one I’m taking it may or may not interact. Depends on the study referenced.
But the more immediate effect that really clinches it for me is that milk thistle can cause headaches in some people and I am already prone to headaches. And the one I have now started sometime yesterday, so that last capsule I took this morning is my last one.
But I can’t fault the product because I didn’t do my homework before taking it. My bad.
There are many positives about this product:
The capsules are easy to swallow with sufficient water, have little no noticable taste or aftertaste. The packaging and label includes almost everything I look for in a product I might ingest, such as: ingredients list; manufacture and expiration dates; instructions for use; cautions; GMP seal; 3rd party lab certified (that’s a biggy for me). The only thing missing is contact information. And perhaps a little more specificity in the warnings.
Value-wise, at today’s price and with the 20% off coupon (at time of review), I’d say this is a fair deal for a 30 day supply. I had planned to take only take 1 capsule though, so for me, it would have been 2 months, in which case, an even better deal.

I’ve been taking Wiifiit Magnesium Complex supplement for a while now. It is a 6-in-1 Magnesium supplement containing Glycinate, Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate, plus Vitamin B Complex and Zinc. It’s supposed to help with relaxation and overall health, which sounded great to me.
But to be honest, I haven’t felt any noticeable changes since I started using it. No magical calm vibes or bursts of energy that I can point to from the capsules. That said, I still take it daily. I figure it’s one of those things that might be working quietly in the background, doing its thing even if I don’t feel it right away.
It’s also nice knowing I’m covering some of my nutritional bases with this blend, so I like sticking with it for that peace of mind. Who knows? Maybe it’s one of those “long game” supplements that’ll show its benefits the longer I use it. For now, I’m giving it time to see if anything changes!

NAC has a variety of potential health benefits including boosting immune system and overall brain health . I take several supplements including Sea Moss, Ashwagandha, a Mushroom Complex, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, Magnesium Glysinate, and Vitamin B12. So it’s a bit hard to tell what is doing what. But, I can say that since I started taking this NAC (I had gone a few months between bottles), my overall sense of well being, energy levels, alertness, and focus have jumped up. I stopped drinking energy drinks recently, but I haven’t felt like I have needed them. I have all the energy I need from these supplements. I’m sure milage will vary depending on the person, but I am happy with these.

I liked this supplement because I felt it had most of what I was looking for packaged conveniently in one little pill.
It was an excellent value and it had no weird taste or smell that was off-putting, so it felt like it had a high quality in its manufacturing process. It wasn’t a huge horse pill either so it was easy to swallow. It didn’t increase my energy, quite the opposite, which is why I would use it before bed for relaxation.
I found it to be good but as with anything you put in your both, chemical composition is everything and determinative of the effect you percieve. I think placebo effect comes into it too, to a degree, because you want it to be effective, but I think it does actively actually make a difference.
5/5 in my experience but your mileage may vary.

I just started taking these and they really seem to help wind down for the night. I just needed something that helps relax me before bed and to help with anxiety. These seem to work well.
