I ordered these for my mother. She is getting older, so I thought it would be beneficial for her to start taking these supplements for bone health. They contain glucosamine, chondroitin with turmeric, collagen, boswellia, bromelain. They’re supposed to strengthen bones, specifically joint flexibility and mobility. I have no idea of course if they actually work, but they seem to be good quality. Each container has 90 tablets. A serving size is 3 tablets, so there is approximately a month supply. For the price, it’s an okay value.

I have never taken this type of supplement before. I have a lot of joint problems, 4 different surgeries on different joints. The knuckle and finger joint on my right hand have progressively been getting worse the last few months. Had reached the point of constant pain, swelled so bad I had to constantly pop the joint just bend the finger. I was truly amazed when after a couple of weeks of taking ORZAX Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM I was getting some relief. The swelling in the joints has definitely improved as has motion and pain. I have notice improvement in the condition of my other joints also.
Now my only complaint. The size of the pills will choke an elephant. Taking 3 a day is a lot also. I break them in half to swallow. If they could somehow get the same amount in a smaller pill, it would be great. That is the only reason I took off one star.

I cannot be without this supplement. With that being said I’ve tried a bunch of these in different brands. This brand works well and goes to show that you don’t need name brand for it to work. I will continue to use this brand as it’s cheaper than most name brands and works the same if not better.

I’ve been taking this product for a few weeks now. It’s pretty impossible to report results without taking something for many months, IMO. However, I do feel that this product offers joint support. I’ve taken glucosamine for years and have found it helpful. My main issue is that I don’t like swallowing pills. I can, but it’s more difficult for me than the average person and these pills are huge. In addition to these being horse pills, you have to take THREE a day. Brands that I have used over the past several years only require one pill a day. As much as I think this product works, I will stick with other brands that are a one-pill serving.

I found that when I take a decent dosage of glucosamine and chondroitin for a bit, my painful joints ease up.
Then I can usually back off and get more on a maintenance dosage. If things start becoming more painful again, I up the dosage again and start over. This has been working for me for a few years now. It’s keeping the inevitable joint replacement surgeries at bay, I feel.
I noticed that the serving size is 3 capsules in order to get what it shows on the back label. It’s a pricey at around $0.23 per capsule compared to other supplements out there, plus you have to take 3 capsules to get 1500mg of glucosamine when you can get that amount in fewer capsules if you look around.
I have been taking 1500mg of glucosamine and 1200mg of chondroitin. I noticed that this supplement has a fraction of the amount of chondroitin, but it does have quite a bit of MSM and other ingredients that could be helpful.
Time will tell if this is as effective as what I’m used to taking. I’m very curious how the decrease of chondroitin but the addition MSM and the other ingredients will affect me. Time will tell.

Their really difficult to get down but they definitely help I notice the difference immediately I have a spinal cord injury and I was diagnosed with ostepenia and I could hear the help in my body it did not make all the sounds every time I moved or as many sounds put it like that
