I’ve used this for 30 days and while I really enjoy the flavor, I don’t notice anything different with my joints. They don’t hurt but they also don’t have any improvement at all. I really wish Ghost would just make a joint health supplement in pill form instead of a drink.

I was eager to try the orange creamsicle flavor (a childhood favorite) from a brand I knew I could trust. The taste itself is great, not too sweet. It does take effort to shake in a shaker bottle, but so do most of the supplements I take that require mixing. Texture dissolves with minimal still at the bottom of the bottle. In terms of performance: I feel 30 days is not enough to truly know if something is working. Especially with something like glucosamine. I could not tell a true difference but I know it helps with joint health and it has made a world of difference in my very active almost 12 year old lab. I am a believer in the ingredient. It did not boost energy or performance in my workout but protecting joints is crucial as we age. The price was a sticking point to me. It’s expensive for sure for a 30 day supply so I am torn if the price justifies what you’re getting out of it. Glucosamine itself is not widely recommended in the health market as a daily supplement so I’m interested to see how this plays out in terms of human longevity.

This is a 30 serving jar of Ghost brand joint supplement in kiwi strawberry flavor. It arrived perfectly fresh and with the manufacturer’s seal intact. This supplement includes ingredients such as glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, collagen, and more. While only my doctor can tell me for certain if it is working, the ingredients are very much appropriate for a joint health supplement. I do enjoy the flavor of this, but most of the time I don’t drink anything sweet, so for me this tastes very sweet. If you’re accustomed to sweet beverages, it’s probably about what you’re used to, but I’m not. I do find the powder somewhat hard to fully mix, even with a vigorous shake in a shaker bottle. The other issue is that at the time I’m writing this, the price is $49.99 for what would be a month’s supply. I think it’s a good quality supplement for sure, but the price makes it somewhat out of reach.

I often forget to take glucosomine pills and they tend to be very large. This product makes you want to take it every day as it tastes great! The price is maybe a little high for what is a fairly affordable supplement usually, but the easier format and good flavor makes this into a tasty drink experience every day which I believe mostly offsets the price.
I can’t speak to the efficacy as 30 days is not very long to see results from Glucosamine type products and I had already been taking the capsules on and off for a long time. But the research says it helps – so to me the important part is remembering to take it and being able to take it, both of which were easier and actually enjoyable with this product.

I use both this one and ghost greens. I mix them together so I get both in one drink. Doesn’t taste bad to mix them. The orange cream with light green pink lemonade is pretty solid.
