I really wanted to love this Candida Complex supplement, but unfortunately, I’m on the fence about it. I’ve been dealing with candida overgrowth issues and was hopeful that this would help, but I’ve had some unpleasant side effects that make it hard to fully recommend, but maybe I’m just sensitive.
First off, I did notice a slight improvement in some of the symptoms, like less bloating and occasional brain fog. However, I had a few issues with the supplement. For one, it gave me persistent oregano oil burps, which was pretty weird. I didn’t realize how strong the oregano oil in the formula would be, but it definitely left a lingering aftertaste and some mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
After taking it for a few days, I also experienced some stomach upset— almost immediately after taking it. I understand that die-off reactions can occur when you’re fighting candida, but this felt a bit more than I was willing to tolerate.
I’m not giving up on treating my candida overgrowth, but I may try a different product next time. If you have a sensitive stomach or are particularly sensitive to oregano oil, this might not be the best option for you. I may revisit it later, but for now, I’m looking for something with a gentler formula.

A Very Good Product from A Good Company
These capsules are a LOT easier to take than Ester-C 1,000 mg Tablets. Let me tell you. That is the truth!! They are smaller, and rounder, and smoother than those for sure!!
Also, you can SMELL the Oregano, when you open the bottle (indicating that they REALLY do have Oregano) but I do not burp Oregano when I take one. But I do only take ONE at a time.
Do They Help?
Yes They Do. These capsules have awesome ingredients for clearing Candida. Remember, if that’s a real problem… Eat very little bread, cheese, and NO Oranges or Orange Juice. (Think about what gets mold on it easily and quickly when you leave it sitting out.) And take lots of good Probiotics every day.

I love that I can find information on this company here in the USA, because that is not always possible with supplement companies. This product is made in a GMP facility in the USA, and it is 3rd party tested.
Candida is one of those things that requires a no sugar/carb diet in order to starve them. A supplement like this should be secondary to the diet. The oil of oregano in them does kill all bacteria, so I make sure to take a probiotic as well during the time I use this. After taking the pills with my meal, I can taste the oil of oregano for awhile. If I burp, I definitely taste it. This is typical of oil of oregano.

Non- GMO, made in the USA, GMP certified, AND 3rd party tested. Consider me impressed on that front. The ingredient list is also pretty solid as well. They are gelatin capsules so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a vegan option, but the gelatin is bovine so I’m good with it. I deducted a star because it has caused some digestion issues. Hard to know if it is from the supplement itself, or from the candida overgrowth. Other than that, pretty solid product and I will finish out the bottle.

This supplement is called Candi Complex by Happee. This is a 60 count/30 day supply of bovine gelatin capsules.
I have been struggling with yeast overgrowth for a while and have wanted a supplement to help treat this frustrating issue. Diet changes alone haven’t been working, so this supplement is designed to support ridding the body of excess yeast in the GI tract. Two of the primary ingredients in this formula are caprylic acids and oregano leaf POWDER, (not Oregano oil as I have seen other reviewers state), plus other supportive herbs listed on the label.
You can take up to two capsules a day with a meal. I started my dosage with only one capsule before going the next day to two capsules. My caution is related to the main ingredient, caprylic acid which can lower blood pressure and should be cautiously used if taking BP meds. It is also advised (per the label) to check with your physician before taking this supplement if you are currently taking RX medications.
I have noted a bit of an oregano after burp many hours after taking the supplement and that is why taking it with food and a full glass of water is important. I have to make sure not to take it on an empty stomach. Also, some of the other herbs (I’m suspecting the wormwood) can have a bowel cleansing effect, so I would test how it is tolerated.
The benefits of killing off candida in my opinion do outweigh the somewhat unpleasant potential side effects of this Candi Complex supplement. I have noticed much less joint pain and fatigue. Any improvement is a win and I will continue with the full course (30 days) and see if at that point I will continue or not.
I feel like this is a good value for the money with clean ingredients and formulated in the USA in a GMP facility plus an almost 2 year expiration date (fresh batch) and double safety sealed.

Your results could vary, but honestly I can’t really recommend this based on my experience. First, the capsules may be the largest I have ever seen. I can still swallow them, but they may be a concern for some folks. Second, and most bothersome for me, is taking this started giving me lots and lots of oregano burps. I find them unpleasant enough that I will not be getting this again.
