**UPDATE: Since finishing the bottle, I noticed the following.
– No hair growth. Bummer.
– Mild to moderate nail growth. My toe nails were also thicker. Since wearing acrylics really makes the nails thin, it unfortunately could not thicken my hand nails.
– Helped mild joint pain. When I ran out, I noticed pain coming back a few days afterwards.**

I have a sensitive stomach and so far these have not caused me issues.
They are tasty. The description states the flavor is fruit punch, but I taste more orange than any other fruits. They are soft and not dry. They do tend to stick together as most gummies do.
I have noticed a faster than normal growth on my nails. I tear & bite my nails to the bleeding point. I ended up putting acrylics on to prevent that. My nails were slowly growing before taking these, but growth has definitely sped up.
It’s too soon to say for the hair. I don’t see any change, but I will update this review with hair results once I finish the bottle.

I am sensitive to medications and vitamins. For me collegen makes me sleepy! I cannot take these everyday. I have learned to cut it in half and take before going to bed. I sleep well. I don’t take them every night. I recommend you give them a try.

I’m about a month into taking this supplement daily. I can’t be certain it’s doing much, but I do think I have noticed less dryness and peeling with my cuticles. But if you are someone that benefits from/is looking for a vegan collagen supplement, I’d say you can’t get much better than this one! The collagen in these is marine (or fish-sourced) collagen which for me is preferable to bovine collagen (better bioavailability and pescetarian-friendly). In spite of these having a fish-based source, there is absolutely zero trace of any fishy flavor- instead these are perfectly chewy and have a fantastic fruity flavor. These get a thumbs-up from me!

My fingernails seem stronger since I started taking these. Usually I break fingernails often as they get longer. They seem a lot stronger and haven’t broken since I started taking these. Could be a coincidence, could be the result of this collagen.

These are very tasty, very soft gummy, easy to chew.
Flavor is sweet with an orange zest after bite.
The heart shape is cute.
I’m not an expert in the results of collagen and how to determine if they’re effective or how long it would take to produce any results.
I’ve experienced no allergic reaction since taking these. I’ve also experienced no harmful side effects.
So, while I don’t know if they’re helping me, I do know they’re not hurting me in the short term
I like this brand BY, I assume they’re doing something.

Update: received a replacement order and the gummies were exactly the same. Reached out to BNY for another refund. Apparently they changed suppliers that produce this product thus changing the color and I was told the ingredients are the same. If it’s the same then why the color, taste, and texture difference?
The new version tastes terrible and some of the gummies are hardened at the tip of the heart shape. Very disappointing!
My first two orders of this product tasted fruity and were a dark color. This new order is faded and terrible tasting. I assume these have been on the shelf for some time since the expiration date is just a few months away. Very disappointed. It’s not eligible for a refund. I plan to call Amazon to discuss this.

This product is fantastic for skin and nails! I attached photos to show the growth rate of my nails in about 5 days. I unfortunately broke a few of the nails, so the impact of the photo is affected. These are very yummy little heart shaped gummies that you take daily.
