I started taking this supplement for many reasons. I think it doesn’t work immediately like any other supplements you have to take them for several weeks to start feeling the effects. I hope these help me with the multiple conditions as they are not a cure for the symptoms or emotional patters we as humans go through. If at least they help I will be satisfied. Great price for quantity.

Day one I noticed a difference in feeling calm, there’s no sense of urgency with bowel removal but it is increased beyond the norm for me. I slept much better and just an overall sense of peace. I only drink one cup of coffee a day and water…no stimulants…so base your results on intake.

The jar was very easy to open and get what is needed. The plus it does have a moisture absorber in it to help the capsule stay dry.
I find them easy to swallow and having no after taste.
While taking them I have noticed less bloating and I do sleep better. I also take them at night because they made me sleepy.
Please note, that is not a listed side effect and could 100% be how my body responds to it.
I wake up feeling like a great night’s rest.
I can’t say if it helped with any weight loss but stress reduction yes. Bloating yes! (I had my tubes tied years ago and found myself bloated more this really helped with that)

This supplement has a nice combination of ingredients that are great for sleep, balancing moods and focus. I was taking many of these supplements separately so it’s nice to find them in one pill. I have noticed that my sleep and moods have stayed consistent since switch to these pills so I would venture to say that they work as well as the individual supplements I was taking. Plus with this 9 in 1 pill, it helps to cut down the cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
