The front label prominently says “7000+ mg/serving”. But in reading the actual ingredients I see that even with two capsules it’s only 700mg of glucosamine and 100mg of chondroitin. Lower on that back label it says “Equivalent to 7000 mg of raw powder per serving size” and I guess I really have no idea what that’s supposed to mean. I’ll use these up (it’s really only about a half serving of glucosamine/chondroitin compared to my usual source), but I won’t reorder these.

I have tried a few brands of Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM. I am officially a senior but still remain very active and physically fit. I take no health related medications and get yearly physicals. I do take several supplements to hopefully improve or maintain my activity level.
I received a 50 days supply of 100 capsules. The recommended serving is 2 capsules per day. I am still scratching my head at the 7000 mg/serving. When I ordered, I thought these must be two very large capsules to hold 7 grams. It states it is the equivalent to 7000 mg of raw powder? Anyway, the amounts per serving, listed on the label, are a little more reasonable. I am surprised to see that this brand actually has smaller amounts of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM compared to others I have tried. The capsules are tasteless, odorless and easy to swallow. I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or other negative side affects. I haven’t noticed any major improvements in joint health or decreased joint pain. At the same time, I haven’t had any decline in joint health or increased pain. Ultimately, I hope this supplement is allowing me to maintain my physical activity level without too many of the age related pains.

The Mesisco glucosamine / chondroitin / MSM supplement was ordered for use in my daily supplement regimen.
My wife and I both use glucosamine / chondroitin / MSM combination supplements on a daily basis. When I saw this advertised, it was decided to order this brand. However, we should have read the amounts of the various ingredients that compose this supplement. The daily values of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM in this brand are minimal in comparison to what is recommended to be used daily. A serving would need to be multiplied in this brand in order to come up with what is taken in some other brands we have taken in the past.
In addition, I do not have a clue as to where the brand comes up with the “7000 mg per serving” figure that is used on the label of the bottle. The supplement mg do not come anywhere close to the 7000 mg. The label also indicates it is “equivalent to 7000 mg of raw powder per serving size” in which 6000 mg is composed of the ingredients that “Supports Healthy Joint Blend Extract” and not glucosamine or chondroitin. Thus, I am skeptical of this generic statement, and not sure there is any true relevancy to the statement as pertains to how well the supplement works.
The capsules have been easy to take and do not produce any type of “gag” effect due to their size. But, I have not seen any noticeable benefit from taking this brand.
BOTTOM LINE: The price is decent for the number of servings. However, for what is seen in the ingredient descriptions and based upon comparisons with other similar supplements, I cannot justify ordering this brand of glucosamine / chondroitin / MSM again.

I’ve been taking this combo for years to oil the joints. I’m rather mobile, running and cycling four or five days a week. If I lapse on taking glucosamine, I certainly notice it after a few weeks. This is a good option containing the extra Chondroitin and MSM that a lot of other supplements also include. If you are starting for the first time, give several weeks for results to appear. Regular sized capsule, easy to swallow with no weird taste or smell. I’ve noticed no abnormal side effects over any of the other brands I’ve used.

I have been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin in various forms for several years. This product goes down well with no aftertaste or any bad reactions. This formula has a few extra additives that I have not tried before so I am still evaluating the effectiveness of this particular brand and formula but so far I do like it.

Two of us in the household regularly have glucosamine. We’ve tried various brands, usually default to the big jar Costco sells. I honestly don’t notice any difference between this one, and any other brand we’ve tried. My joints etc all feel the same (meaning I’m getting old and they all hurt).
This one has various other ingredients added, the other member of the household says they make a difference and prefers these over the Costco ones. We went through the bottle fully before this review, and already ordered another bottle. I’ll probably keep taking the Costco ones as they are a better value, but this gets 4 stars, almost 5 stars because it is making a notable difference to the other person.
You mileage may vary, this might be 5 stars for you depending on how your body reacts to it.
As far as the pills they are the normal ones like most supplements have, plastic like cellulose with dry powders inside. They are small enough and easy to swallow.

This is an efficient supplement for me because it contains everything I want for joint support and plenty more. As a result, I need to take take fewer capsules during the course of my regimen. The description indicates that this product is manufactured in a facility in the USA that is GMP certified and FDA registered, and third-party tested for purity. That helps to give me confidence that I am using a quality, reliable product.
