I’ve tried a few products from DEDICAD now and they all seem good quality. I take 5 HTP before bed to help with sleep and relaxing, this works exactly as i’d expect. I like that i’m getting a little vitamins along with. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no after taste.

This product working as well for me as the over the counter pharmacist supplied sleeping tablets. I’m not a large person so I’m only taking one capsule at night which makes it more cost effective. No side effects that I’ve noticed which is great.

didn’t really like these. made me feel a little shaky. They did give me a little boost but almost like a feeling of I drink too much coffee. so I wasn’t really impressed but maybe I’ll try to eat more and do another review but as far as the first one went I guess they were okay but nothing to write home about. three out of five isn’t terrible but isn’t great.
