I’m taking it every day with the rest of my vitamins and supplements. I don’t know if it’s NR-500 or everything together making me feel more energetic. I’ll continue taking everything I’m taking because I like the results.

I’ve been taking this about 5 weeks. So far, I’m not sure if it is helping with anti aging (which is why I wanted to try it). I have a high stress night shift job, so I’m mentally foggy sometimes just due to shift work. I do feel like it has helped with that. I feel like it’s a little easier to get through my sleep deprivation days. It’s easy enough to take daily, and for the published benefits of NAD, I’ll keep on with it to see if it helps with skin aging.

I don’t have too much to report thus far, however, product type is supposed to help repair cells etc. I have been taking them and haven’t noticed much yet. If I grow my hair back and my wrinkles disappear I will come back and give it 5 stars.

There is plenty written about NAD, so if you don’t know about it, just do a search. What I like about this supplement is that it also includes resveratrol and quercetin, both of which are powerful antioxidants in and of themselves, but which may also greatly improve the uptake of NAD and cellular protection. I can’t speak as to the quality of the ingredients, but I do know there has been plenty written about these ingredients, and for me, this is a great combination at a decent price point. Recommended.

I normally take NAD+ supplements from another brand. I wanted to try this one and see if its better as it’s the precursor of NAD+. I’ve been taking this for about a month and I haven’t felt any effects from it. I normally expect clearer skin, energy boost, and decreased alcohol cravings. I will switch back to NAD+. It is possible the precursor works better for some people over others. This product does not have any taste, aftertaste (bulbs), nor does it give me an upset stomach.

At face value, the NUQIIT 3in1 NAD+ Supplement with Nicotinamide Riboside, Resveratrol, Quercetin supplement has their certifications listed on the bottle, so this is a plus. There is a clearly marked batch number and expiry date. That said, the supplement industry can be fishy. Most of the time you have to trust that the manufacturer and seller are being as transparent and honest as possible, even with documentation and certifications. Purity and potency matter just as much as safety and efficacy. NuQuiit is not a company I am familair with. Their product at face value seems to be legit and good quality. The ingredients are clearly labeled. There are no fillers listed, so it is to be assumed to contain nothing more than the nicotinamide riboside, resveratrol, and quercetin. The capsules smell clean and pure. As for effacacy, this will be dependent upon each person. Only a specific blood test will show for certain whether the product is efficacious. Barring that the product is a pure as shown on the label, this is a high quality supplement option.

Some supplements seem like not such a great value when you consider the quantity in the bottle to how many of them equals one serving. Plus, who likes standing there downing a handful of often large pills? Not me. The fact that this is a one-per-day serving suits me just fine, and the size of the capsule is very manageable.
There is a lot of new research on the benefits of this supplement and of course we’re all chasing the magic bullet, so I figured I’d give it a go. I’ve only been using it a short time, and the one thing I notice is definitely more energy and mental alertness. I cannot yet report any anti-aging skin benefits, but I sure am hopeful and will update my review accordingly.
I’m glad I chose this supplement to add to my daily routine. Of course anyone should consult their medical team before choosing a new supplement to ensure compatibility with any pre-existing health conditions and concerns.

This combination of supplements all in one pill is very convenient. Since taking them I haven’t noticed any ill effects at all. It can be hard to say for sure with supplements, but I feel I’m getting the reputed effects listed and I’m happy with that. The label is legit and the bottle was well sealed.
