I ordered these alavita SuperYouth Trans-Resveratrol 300mg 90 Veggie Capsules because of what I read about the benefits of trans-resveratrol. Also according to the listing for this particular product, it’s a very pure form and there are no artificial fragrances or colors used. I can say that these pills are easy to swallow with water and I like that there is a 90 day supply per container. That said, I haven’t noticed any real benefits. I haven’t noticed any increased energy or vibrancy to my skin. I’m not “old” (in my 40’s) but I have noticed signs of aging and thought this would be a good thing to try. Maybe it’s just the dose?

This review is for the overall presentation and appearance of the product and not based on any health observations.
The packaging (pill container) is very nice and well put together. It has a nice pop-top design and is very easy to read all of the label information. Use a scale to measure the weights of the pills and each pill was within 1% total weight of each other, which gives me confidence in the MFG process.
Have nothing negative to say about this product from the sample I was provided. If this is a supplement you are looking for, I would recommend this brand.

This Lalavita SuperYouth Trans-Resveratrol 300mg is from Korea and is a 90 day (3 month) supply – so something to think about when comparing products.
I haven’t found any real definitive studies that suggest resveratrol, as a compound, will reverse aging, but the whole concept is resveratrol is formed when certain products have to fight off fungi, bacteria, or other pathogens. The theory is this can also help us fight pathogens when we consume it. There are some studies that talk about Resveratrol and the impact on insulin, mood, arthritis, etc. and best to read those to determine if this Lalavita SuperYouth Trans-Resveratrol 300mg 90 Veggie Capsules might be a good product for you.
What makes this product better than others? For one, I really like the 90 day supply and that there is just 300 mg Trans-Resveratrol and very little fillers in a vegan capsule. This particular Resveratrol is a trademarked Swiss product that is derived from yeast fermentation with lots of quality control in the process. I have no issues with yeast processes, but something to consider. there are not cGMP or similar claims on the bottle because this product is from Korea.
I cannot speak to the impact on my own inevitable aging but I’ve had to be the sun a lot this summer, and even with sunscreen, I am getting too much sun on my skin. So my hope this will help my body fight off the natural aging that comes with too much sun exposure. We built a chicken coop from scratch (pun) – so the exposure was difficult to avoid – and we were using 100 SPF sunscreen!
The product is exactly as shown in the product pictures. The expiration date on the Lalavita SuperYouth Trans-Resveratrol 300mg 90 Veggie Capsules I received is about two years from now and I am planning to use it over the next three months to see if it might be a good supplement for me and I am hoping to get some relief from natural again pains, like arthritis.
I will update this review if there is a big enough impact to attribute to this Lalavita SuperYouth Trans-Resveratrol 300mg 90 Veggie Capsules. I’m hoping for the best.

This product has the right amount of resveratrol, and it looks like a good one, the price is reasonable also. If I could only take one nutrient, it would be resveratrol, because of its wide spectrum of benefits.

Brief Review: This is a Trademarked formulation of Resveratrol made by the Evolva Switzerland company for LaLavita, which is a South Korea based supplement company which specializes in anti-aging products. They claim to make their supplements under safe conditions, but don’t appear to be GMP certified.
The Details:
Company Transparency: While I’m unable to easily find US trademark activity for Lalavita, there’s an article in “FinancialContent dot com”, indicating that the brand is based in South Korea and aimed at the anti-aging market. The brand is run by Nanum CNC, and the CEO is Lucas Ko. LalaVita has a Korean website at Lalavita dot net.
ACCOUNTABILITY: SuperYouth Trans-Resveratrol contains a trademarked Resveratrol formulation called “Veri-te”, which is made by the Evolva Switzerland company. On “ingredientsNetwork dot com” they claim this product is Made under cGMP and HACCP based food safety conditions, that it is Halal and Kosher certified and that they Conform to the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) standards. That said I don’t see anything indicating it’s actually Good Manufacturing Practices certified (GMP certified). Because of that I’m going to guess that their safety practices are primarily self-monitored and done on the honor system.
Quality: These are 90, 300 mg capsules of the trademarked resveratrol product “Verite”. At one capsule a day this is a 3 month supply. Super mild (if any) scent. Easy to swallow. On their website they inform us that much Resveratrol is sourced from Japanese knotweed and can be contaminated with PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons). Theirs is sourced from a process that they claim is is free of contaminants (such as Emodin and PAHs). Cute marketing.
Although GMP certification is my gold standard for supplement safety, it’s somewhat reassuring that this is a trademarked product.
