I was thrilled to discover that did not contain a lot of trash. Unlike other chewable multivitamins I have taken, the “Simply One Chewable does NOT contain a lot of extra “trash” that is not advantageous to your health. For example, this wonderful multivitamin does NOT contain additives like corn starch, artificial coloring, wheat, dairy or corn residues. It is also SUGAR-FREE; aspartame is not used. It is vegetarian. This chewable multivitamin is also comprised of 400mg “100% Organic Whole Food& Herb Blend” in combination with your essential vitamins and minerals. I have more energy, and I actually like the wild-berry flavor

Meh…when I first read the ingredients I very much liked what I saw and had what I was looking for ; however, after trying it my mouth tasted like I just kissed an ash tray full of old cigarettes butts. It’s very lingering too. I couldn’t put my finger on it at first so I asked my husband to try one and he said he felt like he kissed a chain smoker. I guess if you smoke, it’s a no issue, but if you don’t it’s a very unpleasant taste. I really had high hopes for this product because it contained a lot good things I was looking for in a vitamin supplement. Unfortunately, I will not order again. I’m not sure, I didn’t think there was a lot of magnesium in this supplement to cause this, but after a couple of days I started to get stomach cramping and diarrhea. Not happy about that. I also now noticed it has artificial sweetener which I can’t stomach. I wish they wouldn’t put that in supplements, it kind of defeats the purpose IMO. I will be returning them since I can’t stomach anything with the artificial sweetener. My stomach and intestines have recovered but my taste buds still remember. My search continues…..

As mentioned in my original review below, I’ve been taking these for a few years, but recently, just before surgery, I had some labs done, which showed that I was anemic. My primary care doc traced it to the high levels of Vitamin D that I was taking in all my combined supplements. The Mayo Clinic recommends 700 IU per day and states that in excess of 4,000 per day can be dangerous. This multivitamin provides 3,000 IU and my separate calcium supplement, was giving me another 1,000 and that doesn’t include any from food sources.
Sadly, I won’t be taking these any longer, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. If you’re not taking any other supplements, you’re probably ok, but most calcium supplements also include Vitamin D to aid in absorption, so it’s a good idea to check.

These are great vitamins that I’ve been taking for a few years now. They have an excellent combination of vitamins in them. When I took all my meds and supplement bottles in for my primary care doctor to assess, she was extremely impressed with this multivitamin.
This is the first time they’ve come in chewable form, though. But the flavor is not too bad and they probably absorb much better this way.

I have been taking the SimplyOne Multi-Vitamin for Women 50+ now for almost 5 years. This is the first time I purchase the chewable ones and I must said I love them much better than the regular ones. When I take this Vitamin it gives me so much ENERGY, I recommended this Vitamin to one of my co-worker who is fighting cancer, she thanks me everyday because, now she states she have the energy to get out of bed and do the things she loves doing. I RECOMMEND THIS VITAMIN TO ALL THE LADIES OVER 50, BELIEVE ME THIS VITAMIN WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFESYTLE FOR THE BEST.

I didn’t take multi vitamins regularly so it made much more energy after I took one (as good multi vitamin does). I hate swallow a big multi, but this chewable was easy to chew, ok taste, and fair price that I can afford. Most of the time I eat organic food and I look right supplements to support when Wholefoods doesn’t have their brand chewable.

This is a good product for those who like chewable vitamins. Taste is, a matter of taste, so not every one will like this or any other product, but several people in my family have tried these and everyone liked the wild berry flavor. The sweeteners are Xylitol and Monk Fruit Extract. No table sugar (sucrose), no glucose, no fructose. The “other ingredients,” other than the vitamins I suppose, are: Xylitol, Stearic Acid (Vegetable Source), Natural Mixed Berry Flavor, Silica, Monk Fruit Extract, Medium Chain Triglycerides, and Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source). I recall that Stearic Acid is the saturated fat mostly found in lard or other animal fats including beef fat, which is probably why they specify Vegetable Source, so that we know it is not an animal product. My only complaint and the reason this is 4-star and not 5-star, is that it leaves an unpleasant lingering aftertaste. I think this aftertaste may be due to the vitamins though, and so it may not be easy to solve or change. I have had other multivitamins that also left a lingering aftertaste. So this one is good, and I recommend it for those who want chewable vitamins; it is not perfect yet. Some of my family members said, you can get used to it, and overall it is one of the better ones available.

The price was right and I needed a chewable multi but these are the grossest tasting tablets I have ever had. Not sure if they’re returnable.
