I have not used this before but I do believe after using for almost three weeks, I am sleeping better. The only thing I did not like is they are suppose to melt under your tongue or be swallowed. My does not melt under the tongue. The pills look old and are hard. I will probably buy once more but not sure I’ll re-order from Amazon.

I really rely on melatonin to get sleepy, and to sleep hard. This product helped me in both of these areas. I have no complaints about the functionality of this formula. The only negative aspect for me was, that I found the flavor to be pretty unpleasant, and the tablets did not dissolve very quickly. Besides melatonin, this product has other ingredients that help to enable a good night’s sleep. Since quality sleep is the most important thing, I am happy to have this supplement.

I’m a chronic insomniac and have daily anxiety issues. To treat that I’ve tried to avoid prescriptions. So I have a jr. expertise in natural remedies.
I’ve used this brand for many other supplements and had great results. This one is better than some herbal calming supplements. However it by far, doesn’t have the effectiveness of many others I’ve tried.
I’d try another if you have any real anxiety or sleep issues.

It works! This will calm me down and put me to sleep pretty quickly- easy to take at night when you may not wanna drink water and take a capsule. And I like the taste – it’s not bad – anything that will put me to sleep and help calm down is good and I’ve tried many different supplements for calming down and sleep.
