As a calcium-oxalate kidney stone sufferer, I have embarked on researching non-prescription ways to reduce the chance of recurrence. I love how easy these are going down! They are helpful in keeping my potassium up as I am on a ketogentic diet. I do wish they came in a higher mg but i also know it needs to be regulated. I do get potassium through my foods but this helps me supplement for the remaining mg I need. I would buy this product again!

These are clean and pure but not very strong per serving,
Only 100 mg per capsule.
As I began to take these I didn’t notice any difference.
I tried to take these to help me with any muscle cramps or leg cramps.
At first I didn’t notice any difference while taking only one capsule.
I experienced a leg cramp and I decided to take about six of these at once after a few minutes that’s when I noticed it did help decrease leg cramps.
So I’ve been taking them ever since but about six of these at once since they’re not that strong for each capsule.
As I began to do that I did notice a decrease in leg cramps…
So you will need to take more than just one capsule since they’re not that strong but taking more than one capsule can be beneficial…

I take this supplement every day for preventative measures for gout as I’m on a ketogenic diet and have had my fair share of gout flare-ups “not fun” since taking the Potassium I do not have any reoccuraances of gout and I find it easy to take with no upset stomach and the fact that it has no artificial ingredients or preservatives makes this one a winner in my book. With the average adult needing around 4700mg of Potassium a day, it sometimes can be difficult to achieve, especially if travelling. I personally look for natural sources of vitamins and minerals and a few good sources of Potassium are Yogurt, Coconut Water, Almonds, and Bananas, but as I said, when you travel, these things aren’t so readily available and that’s where Superior Labs comes in. Even though “this product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review”, I most certainly don’t have to select it. What drew me to this product was the fact that they don’t have any nasty fillers and only use rice flour in a vegetable capsule. The capsule itself is small and easy to swallow, but only contains 99mg of Potassium Citrate, so you may need to take quite a bit of them depending on your individual needs. I personally wish there was more Potassium per serving, but I guess this minimizes the chances for an individual to overdo it. When I run out and the need arises to get more, I would probably order this again.
