The flavor is hard to describe. It is like greens but there’s an after taste of pineapple so it’s not too hard to chug it. It feels great and I definitely noticed less bloating after 3-4 days of regular use. I like it, not an entire waste of money.

I’ve been taking greens powders for 3-4 months with the main goal being increasing fiber for overall health. I have been using Transparent Lab’s Aquatic Greens product which I’ve enjoyed; it is high in fiber, mixes well, and also tastes great. The only downside to the product is that it is sometimes not in stock despite having a subscription for it. The last time it was out-of-stock, I used Jocko’s Greens product which seemed more vegetable / plants rather than fiber-focused. I also found it to be less desirable taste-wise (although it still tasted fine). This time I decided to try Ancient Nutrition’s product which has an ingredient list that I like more than Jocko’s. It mixes well and does the job, however, I find the taste to be just okay. It’s drinkable and fine — not a negative review in any way — I just prefer the Transparent Lab product over this and will go back to it once its back in stock.
