I have been using this product for several years. As a part of my daily health routine, it is consistently good, energizing, alkalizing and boosts fruit and veggie intake. The flavor is fairly neutral, with a kind of “grassy” taste, and slightly sweet (but NO added sweeteners, NO stevia, NO monk fruit, etc.) It mixes easily with water and is very palatable mixed with water. I like it and will continue to order/use as long as it is available. Subscribe and save is a good value, this container lasts about a month when used daily. If you are looking for a quality, good tasting green drink, I would recommend this one.

I mix a shake every day for breakfast and usually do the whey protein with coffee in it plus my regular vitamin supplements. When I got this super greens, I was out of protein so i just mixed this with my morning coffee, on ice mind you, 2 scoops, with a hot chocolate pack or two. I had great energy all week … in fact I worked 14hrs overtime and here its Friday evening and I feel wonderful. Not sure if it was the greens but maybe a significant factor. I did experience what may have been a bit of a detox shock on Wednesday where for about an hour or two in the afternoon I felt extremely tired and rundown like something was wrong with me or like I had a spirit of fatigue, then ‘poof’ it was gone at about 4 oclock. Didn’t think about it till now but it very well could have been detox shock as some of these ingredients are known to detox you. I’m also losing some weight without effort and not craving carbs or lunch so bad … I like that … I work with some people who have never skipped a meal and boy they love to eat lunch. its almost disgusting sometimes, with the smells and the dirty carpet and all the money they spend. I get tired and heavy feeling if I eat lunch unless its just a piece of fruit or something, so I usually just skip it. I like feeling my body edging towards ketosis because my liver glycogen is low, makes me feel like I’m losing weight, disciplining my body and fighting off cancer. I’m a healthy 54 year old by the way, a bit overweight but not obese. I’ve taken broken cell chlorella and spirulina powders before and those are good, this is a mix so thats fine. I think the product is fine, seems fresh, has a bit of that Chlorophyl taste which is expected so you’ll want to mix it with something…chocolate or coffee is fine. Its good for you and good for your guts and bowels … also it’ll detox you, so give it a try…seems reasonably priced. I’m going to mix this with the whey protein chocolate flavored next week hopefully…then I’ll feel like I’m getting a more complete breakfast. Good product…would buy again. Thanks

I put it in my smoothies and I really love the earthy taste. It doesn’t over power it it just has a grainy, earthy flavor. No fake sweets taste which I strongly dislike, in fact I don’t even think it’s sweet which I appreciate it. Have been using it for a couple of years and for me it’s the best way of getting my nutrients that sometimes I don’t get to eat.

Been using it for a week or two and I’ve noticed an energy boost in the mornings when I drink it. Now, keep in mind I wasn’t eating breakfast before at all, so that could be a big part of it. Taste is what you’d expect for a Greens powder but it’s not bad when mixed in milk or juice.

This is my first super green purchase so I can’t compare to others however I’ll go off my experience so far. The flavor isn’t too bad but it definitely tastes like grass so I chug it and wash it down with water. There is no after taste or reflux thankfully. Mixes well with water and hardly any left at the bottom of shaker. Overall it’s ok not sure if I’ll try others once I’m done this but I’ll have to see how the rest of this bottle goes. Maybe I’ll get used to flavor.

This seems to be a good green powder. I don’t doubt that the ingredients are good. However, it does not blend as easily with liquid as I hoped. I got this powder because it had 2 grams of fiber as opposed to most having 1. I knew it did not have any flavors added to it, but I make a drink with lots of vitamins and minerals and was not concerned with the flavor not being covered but the flavor is too strong for me to use a full scoop. The powder does blend in liquid, but there is still a small amount of grit when I drink it (if I use the full scoop of a serving…if I use half a serving it isn’t as bad). It is great in a smoothie. All that being said, good product but I don’t enjoy the taste and slight grittiness. That’s what I get though for not buying a green powder that had flavor added to it.

I’m pretty picky with what goes in my body, but I am also not made of money, so I always look for affordable products. I was looking up probiotic powders and got sponsored ad from supergreens and clicked on it to find that it carried 1.67 billion probiotics plus has the benefits of being non-gmo, vegan, 3rd party tested, and has superfoods backed by science, digestive enzymes, fiber, and alkalizing blends. I have tons of stomach problems and mostly associated with candida over growth and these ingredients help prevent overgrowth and give me an energizing boost without needing caffeine or coffee in the morning. Ive felt way better since taking this supplement and its help curb the candida death radicals from creating more problems while trying to correct my system. The liver is protected with the immune blend and the alkalizing blend helps maintain my ph for a happy and healthy biome. I did have some diarrhea while taking it, but its from the candida being killed so fast and all the radicals being released.. Google it, its a thing! But after a few days I was back to normal and regular without complications. I feel lighter, sharper, and more energetic. This stuff is great and has been very effective with my candida overgrowth.
Taste-
Most of the superfoods have sweetness to them and help aid with the flavor, such as gingo leaf and green tea extract (matcha packets), acai juice, Luo han guo, blueberries and raspberry. It’s not candy sweet, but its got a sweeter taste than most powders and makes it more palatable. It honestly tastes like a glass of matcha latte. I mix it with soy or regular milk and I actually crave it in the morning. If you aren’t used to unsweetened green tea or matcha it may take a little time to like it. It took me awhile to like matcha lattes and now its all I drink. It would mix well with juices as well. But it tastes good. And even better because its a green smoothie.
Ingredients
I could spend all day citing all the benefits of everything in the powder.. but I won’t. But if you are like me and Google everything you will find everything in this powder has at least a minimum of 3 benefits and support your whole body!! There aren’t any fillers. Its non-gmo, vegan, and soy free meaning less chances for it to irritate your tummy or cause inflammation. Plus without the fillers, you won’t get the burping most supplements give you. But, thats what is great about the digestive enzymes, because it helps digestion and break down things easier so you don’t get bloated or have negative gi issues. Its 3rd party test, so everything is proven and not a gimmick to make you buy it.
