I will provide any known benefits and side-effects I experience from each supplement I take personally; however, effects are often unapparent for many months – if at all. For this reason, I choose to place more emphasis on product safety in my reviews and will point out weaknesses.

As with many “greens” products it’s hard to ‘feel’ a discernable difference when taking the product. I think many of us take these sorts of things for the hope of long-term health impacts. I can’t really judge the quality of the product, because I kind of just have to trust the company to tell me the truth since supplements have such lax regulations.
That being said, what I can judge is the experience of taking the pills. In my particular container there is some loose powder at the bottom and it has coated all of the pills in a thin layer. Something in the powder (I believe the cayenne) makes these pills quite irritating on my throat if I don’t immediately follow each pill with water. It’s just not the most pleasant experience, and it’s probably enough that I wouldn’t want to buy the product again.

Having taken a greens supplement for some time, I was excited when I saw this one, because it contains a number of other superfoods…some of which I had been taking individually.
I recommend that people research the many benefits of the ingredients in this supplement, but I can say that the information provided by the manufacturer aligns with independent research I have done online.
This supplement is also vegan, Non-GMO, made in the USA, and lab verified, all of which are important to me.
The only reason I did not rate this four stars is because the bottle I received only contains 20 servings. It is great, however that it is available in up to 180 servings, which is a much better value. I intend to reorder this in the largest bottle. Highly recommended, as this supplement allows me to reduce the number of individual supplements I had been taking, because this one contains so many excellent ingredients.

Very potent greens extract blend for taking with meals to boost nutrition. I find it is full of fiber and helps with digestion. It might boost energy, but I take it for supplementing my nutrition when I’m not eating the best. Great quality.

These super green superfood capsules are easy to swallow and offer a plethora of good veggies in their ingredient list. At 3 capsules per dose, I received a 20-day supply. I experienced no adverse affects when taking them and do feel a boost in terms of just plain feeling better after taking them for 10 days. Good product; good value.
