The pills work good but they crumble and leave black dust over anything it touches. I keep mine in a little pull case and the black
dust has now covered all my other pills. If that doesn’t bother you then go for it!

I had my gallbladder removed when I was a kid and I’ve suffered from indigestion, acid reflux and the worst foods to eat for me were spicy foods. When I ate spicy foods the next day on the toilet would be painful. I’ve had the pills for about two weeks or so and take them twice a day for big meals and it has helped me have regularly bowel movement and alleviated most of my my issues with spicy foods. I will say it’s not a 100% miracle worker as sometimes I still have acid reflux but it’s less than before. One thing to watch out is that the pills are loosely compact as in once water hits it it starts to fall apart in your mouth but there is no taste.

I’ve had gallbladder and “rouy-n-y gastric bypass” weightloss surgery.
