My mom is using this colon detox. After getting the other supplements from Vita Nutra’s store, she thought this could be a good product to try as she’s been thinking a lot about detoxing her colon and renewing her gut. She’s an older woman with some gastro intestinal problems. After speaking with her doctor about whether or not this was safe, he looked at the ingredients and gave her the green light, but advised that she listens to her body and stop as soon as she felt irritation, or worse bloating. This colon detox is exactly as it’s advertised – soft and gentle. Other colon detoxes on the market tend to advertise 6 day detoxes, but the ingredients seem make you want to explode, which is unsavory to her. This is a really smart product that has so far helped her reduce bloating and gas. She probably won’t go all 15 days, but she certainly trusts this product after just 5 days of cleansing her colon.

First use: I took 2 capsules at 10pm and was awake w/ light bloating by 4am. This was my warning sign to stay alert and make it to the toilet soon. Lol. By 4:30 am I was up and my system was moving and blasting off! The bloating mostly stopped after that.
Please know this knowing you may wake up in the middle of the night. You also want to be around a bathroom for a while…ya know…just in case there is more movement after the initial event. 🙂

I purchased this in hopes to have a good detox for my stomach and omg….I literally was in so much pain! I tried this for 4 days and every day was the same. Like I’m talking just pure discomfort and stomach cramping pain! I would not recommend this for my worse enemy. Lol I feel so dramatic saying all this. I’m on day 7 of this colon detox, and have found it to be very pleasant. Now, there were some rumblings with my tummy, but I did as directed and took each serving with a 12 oz glass of water. Everything just pushed on through, as expected, and without waking up in the middle of the night. I’m very happy with this product. I have lost a little weight, but I won’t say how much because that’s kind of my business. But overall… very happy!
