I bought this because I read that if you took Circumin /Tumeric every day for the rest of your life, you would not get cancer. If you had it, this stuff might make it go away. So, I am trying it. Why not? If it works for that excellent, if not, it is still good for your health. The pills are kind of large to swallow, but you should be taking them with meals, that helps a lot.

I like the high-potency- some other brands you have to take two for the same dosage, however, what I don’t care for is the large size of the caplet and kind of squared-off edges, a little hard to swallow, but hey, that’s how they get 1000mg’s in one. I’d prefer it to be in a capsule. Beyond that I think it is a great product.

I took as directed for close to a month and honestly I can’t tell a difference. I still feel inflammation. A little disappointed. I was hoping it would work for me ..

This Curcumin dissolves super-fast (make the mistake of keeping it in your mouth for 30 seconds while you get your glass of water). I feel that this is a good dosage for most mornings or night rather than taking 2 of other brands. In using it for anti-inflammatory purposes (after hard workouts or gluten laden meals) it helps support healthier and faster recovery. I don’t have any quantitative data to support this but it I feel it works better than other brands. I would also make a guess that it has superior anti-cancer properties with its higher dosage also. I like the fact that you aren’t damaging your kidneys or liver with this versus other anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil, Ibuprofen, etc. I take 1 in the a.m. and 1 at night and as needed after extremely hard training for triathlons.

I used to have very bad inflammations and pains before taking THIS PRODUCT. NOW I have little to none and addition I play sports and weight train frequently. Please If you are taking any prescription pills for pain with any side effects, do yourself justice, stop taking them and buy this Brand. I weight about 226lbs and I take 1 and morning and 1 bedtime. IT works!!!! I will NOT and REFUSE to buy any other brand!!!

A little smaller and easier to swallow than the other brand I bought, Doctor’s Best, so I like them. They are a tablet vs a capsule so I find easier to take. I really don’t know how they are for pain relief which was one of the ratings, I’m not taking them for that purpose. My health advisor recommended I buy curcumin labled as Curcumin C3 and these fits the bill.
