This is the best thing I’ve ever used that helps me have regular bowel movements. I use to struggle with constipation for such a long time. I tired everything! I love this stuff so much, doesn’t make you cramp or nothing. The taste is light and perfect.
I’ve bought this product twice and I noticed that it was a little clumpy when I first open it but I I think that it naturally does this when it sits in one place for a while. All you do to fix this issue is to take a fork and break it up, it goes back to a powder right a way.

let me start off by saying that i have been taking this product daily for a full month now. i wanted to try and test it before leaving a review. in my honest opinion, this product has TRANSFORMED my daily life. i wake up looking forward to drinking these! i have noticed a change in my body, my habits, my mental state. the flavor is so good; i like to drink it mixed with water, and i’ve also found that adding a little lime or lemon makes the flavor POP!
the ONLY con is that the powder doesn’t mix perfectly well. there are little clumps at the bottom of my cup that i have not been able to mix, but in comparison to all the PROS it really doesn’t matter. knowing this, i would still buy these again in a heartbeat :)!
i am so grateful to have tried this because i genuinely believe i have seen significant changes in my life. i’m so excited to try some of the other powders and live their benefits!

1STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO. Zero stars. Is it just me or is there something wrong with this picture. Had to pry the lid off with e screwdriver only to find big solid clumps, this is supposed to be a powder. Apparently “not eligible for return”. Imagine that? Don’t waste your time or $$

I have been using the Digestion Lemonade for a few months and wanted to restock on Amazon when I saw that the brand had other products I wanted to try. This was one of the products and I was disappointed. When I received the Digestion Limeade it was rock solid. Kind of made me wary about what is in the product to make it clump into an unbreakable mass of Limeade powder. The other products were fine which is why I am not rating 1 star but it was a little gross and annoying.

When I first tried this prebiotic I was skeptical, trying this product out for two weeks straight I noticed less bloating and frequent trips to the bathroom if you know what I mean. (Which means good stuff!!) This product definitely does the job with less bloating and property usage of the bathroom hehe.. I would use this product everyday because I notice a real difference in my everyday routine. The taste of this product is real and organic. You can really tell it has natural ingredients and I love that about this. My key tips are to run it through hot water to fully stir the mixture appropriately and I use a frother to help me on this. I add in cold water after it is stirred fully and enjoy with my boiled eggs. I wish that this product was full to the top of the rim. But overall, I would recommend. This product is drinkable and showed a difference in my lifestyle.

I have ordered this before and it came in fine but this time when I ordered it, it came hard as a rock. I have already thrown it away but I know others have had this problem. still love this brand and no hate to it, it’s amazing and will buy again. buuuut this one came in not powdery at all, was probably a bad can because it came dented too.
