There’s no measurable results that I could speak on at the moment, as with vitamins of any kind, it takes time to see results. Even then, all you can hope is that it does what it says and makes you feel healthier in the long run. For a new vitamin review, I can tell you about taste and that this one has a dose of 3 gummies daily, therefore one bottle only last 20 days (60 gummies). I took a star off because at the time of this review two bottles is $30 – 40 days worth, which is a bit high in my opinion.

These Sunny Sam fiber gummies taste is okay, there is two flavors orange, and mixed berries. These flavors are sweet but not overpoweringly sweet and the orange does not have a strong citrus flavor like Sunny Sam’s omega3 gummies nor as sticky. Gummies are firm at first, but they are very chewy and somewhat jelly like which sticks to your teeth. Serving size for these are 3 gummies per serving which means 60 gummies bottle last 20 days. The bottle arrives sealed, and the cap is child resistant.

I never have to convince my kids to take gummies. I like that these have fiber in them. You need 3 per serving though and they are sweet. The orange flavor is ok, but then I noticed that it had a bitter aftertaste like eating an orange peel. The gummies also are stick to their teeth.

I always like to try the gummies and vitamins first before my kids because it tastes bad they will refuse any other gummies for weeks or until they forget. So to avoid that problem I always sample it myself first. I had the orange one and my husband had a red one and both were actually not bad. I was shocked it didn’t leave a weird after taste or anything but it tasted okay. I feel like any gummy is always kind of weird in its own way plus I hate it when it gets in my teeth but I have found that my kids prefer it more or don’t notice it as much as other tabs. They almost think they are fruit snacks or something but I love this because fiber is always so hard to get in foods and this helps ensure my kids are getting it. I love that this came with two containers because the gummies are decent sized so having two containers makes it longer lasting for us. I even plan to make my husband and k take these to ensure we get some fiber in our system since we tend to eat worse than our kids. As a mom who hates fruit snacks but has to try the gummies for her kids these are actually edible and not gross.
