I like that this has a ton of vitamin C and it doesn’t all release at once. The tablets are a little big and hard to swallow. The taste is a bit sour but the rose hip flavor is the more prominent one. Overall I think I rather have less vitamin C and have it in gummy form as I don’t like having to try a few times to swallow a pill.

This seems like a decent supplement. It came well sealed and didn’t smell bad when I opened it. Been taking this for a little while now and I’m not seeing anything negative, so that’s good. Rose hips and vitamin c are good for you, so I’m curious how this goes long-term. For now, it’s smooth sailing.

These are made in USA, well sealed, but don’t have a USP certification that it contains what is claimed.
Lots of supplements don’t have the certification either.
The pills are large, and the dosage is large compared to the RDA amounts , so good at least it’s time released.
Pricewise it’s more expensive than many other Vitamin C supplements as there are only 60 pills in a bottle

I usually have trouble swallowing large tablets or capsules, but I find these easy to swallow despite them being somewhat large – and I appreciate that I only need to take one tablet per day. I’m terrible about eating enough fruit or veggies to get enough Vitamin C in my diet, so these time-release tabs work well for me. Each tablet supplies 1000mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) plus 10mg from Rose Hips (fruit) to meet and exceed my daily recommended needs, and the bottle contains a 60 day supply. These are slightly more expensive than some, but they’re made in the USA by a brand I trust so I’ll definitely be buying more when I finish this bottle up.

Ascorbic acid with rose hip, 1000 mg. The caplets are not small, but they are not hard to swallow. This is at least two months’ supply, or it can be taken every other day. There is no funny taste or smell. Price is not bad..
