Works great, but do be careful it is really strong. I used this for the first time last night. I used 1/2 of a pill and slept without waking up, but when I did awaken I was really groggy. If you are not accustomed to taking this strength of melatonin I recommend starting with a lower strength. I just purchased a 90 count bottle of the 1mg. I’ll start there and work my way to up if needed. Fast shipping and well packed.

I have been using melstonin as a sleep aid for about six months to help me to both go to sleep and to sleep through the night. I decided to try this product because it was the correct strength and I thought the flavor was interesting. I have occasionally used other Sundance products in the past. Unfortunately, after using these for a little over a month, I have found them effective only about 50-75% of the time. They do not always help me go to sleep nor do they reliably help me stay asleep. I maintain a regular schedule with little different from one evening or another, and I did not have this experience with the melatonin I have used in the past. Quite a disappointment.

It’s the best one I have ever bought. Never thought a strawberry flavored tiny lil pill would make me hibernate like this. Works in minutes. And good luck waking up with both eyes open. Mine usually opens one at the time, after a few minutes. Does not leave you groggy, so as long as you have the patience to allow your eyes to open one at a time, you’ll be fine. I will definitely buy again.

One of the unfortunate side effects of my essential medications is the skewing of my natural melatonin levels.
Pair that with me having sleep insomnia… and well. You can imagine how my nights go!
For years I took actual sedition pills to get any form of complete test but they left me very “hungover” in the mornings.
Finally I decided to give CBD a go and it worked but it’s expensive at the dosage I needed.
So back to the drawing board.
I decided to try Melatonin. Never thought to try it before because with the skewing my medication does the chances of it doing anything are pretty low. But I didn’t have anything to loose.
After a few months of testing dosages I found I needed a significantly higher dosage than most. So I stumbled across this stuff on amazon and I am SO SO glad I did.
I sleep restful sleep almost every night. And my insomnia is mild now.
I still have days where it kicks my butt however I’d say a solid 90% of the time the melatonin works and this product doesn’t fail.
Flavor is good, dissolves easily unlike other so called dissolving tablets, inexpensive, and I love that it’s made here in the USA.

These melt under tongue fast. I still drink some water just after swallowing them. They go to work in under 1/2 hour. I do wake up after about 3 or 4 hours, etc on my iPad and doze off again for another few hours. The first morning after taking one, I felt dopey. But since then no problem and I feel less tired and less agitated so far so good. They are on my subscribe list.
