This kids’ magnesium definitely helps with bowel movements, but I didn’t notice much difference in behavior. One concern I have is the dosage—500 mg seems quite high for children, especially since the recommended intake for kids is usually around 80-240 mg depending on age, with upper limits of 65-350 mg for supplements. This amount feels more appropriate for adults, so it’s something to keep in mind. Also, the taste isn’t very appealing to us.
