Assuming they are working but the flavor is nice, easy to chew and swallow. No after taste and you get a really good amount for the price.

This is a convenient resealable package containing 90 gummies for joint support and immunity. The serving size is 2 gummies so this lasts about a month and a half if taken daily. I typically look for 1500mg of glucosamine and 1200 mg of chondroitin per serving in my joint supplements. In comparison, these 2 gummies contains 1500mg of Glucosamine Hydrochloride and 800mg of Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium, so it’s pretty close. But I’m just fine with this since it’s not common for gummy supplements to contain this much glucosamine, so I usually have to turn to tablets for my preferred dosage. Plus, they packed in much more benefits with all the additional ingredients. There’s Also 50 mg Methylsulfonylmethane, 200mg Cordyceps Mushroom, 216 mg Calcium Fructoborate, 25 mg Bromelain, 15 mg Hyaluronic Acid, and 50mcg Vitamin D! I’m really just after the joint health but having the extra immunity support actually helps me reduce the other supplements I take daily for prevention, so there’s some cost savings to consider as well.

These gummies are sugar-free and have a good pineapple flavor. The ingredients are a nice combination for both joint health and brain function.

This supplement has a great combination of ingredients for joint support. I’ve taken each nutrient individually via capsules but never via gummies so I thought why the heck not. I don’t ~hate~ the “other ingredients” section and feel like they’ve done a pretty good job selecting not-so-horrible substances to create the gel (many on the market are a little scary). The caterpillar fungus is a little alarming to me but I guess they have to get the cordyceps from somewhere….yikes lol. Anyway, they taste great especially for being sugar free and I love the texture. I also appreciate how they’re manufactured in an FDA registered, GMP compliant facility. It seems like it’s pretty good quality overall.

They taste good. And, I prefer taking supplements, which can be absorbed sublingually. If I chew them, I get bits stuck in my teeth. So, I let them dissolve slowly under my tongue. And, my knees bend more easily with less pain when I take them. Great gummies.

It’s great to see I won’t need to throw out another plastic vitamin bottle when I finish with Key Elements Sugar-Free Glucosamine Chondroitin Gummies with MSM because they come in a resealable bag. That also saves me from needing to bang the bottle repeatedly on the counter or use a bread knife to knock free the last few gummies frustratingly stuck to the bottom of their bottle.
As for how well these gummies work, I can’t tell yet. It takes time to experience the benefits of most joint support supplements, and I’ve only started taking these this week. I can say I like the smooth texture and the flavor is palatable. I’d worried I might have stomach upset from the mushroom, but that hasn’t happened so far. Stevia isn’t my favorite sweetener because of the aftertaste, but I don’t notice much of that with these gummies.
