Only three gummies to get 5g of creatine? Sign me up please! I’ve had some that require six and more commonly four. The taste of these is better than most. At only three gummies though they could taste worse and I’d still eat them up. I’ll be happy to buy these once this batch is gone.

First things first. A lot of creatine companies will advise that you do a “loading phase” so that your body can get used to taking creatine. This bottle does not mention that anywhere, but I would suggest that you take a few days to do that. Creatine in general can cause digestive issues if you are not used to taking it and start taking a full dose out of the blue.
Up to this point I’ve been taking pre-workouts that already contain creatine or if they didn’t I would get tubs of just creatine monohydrate and add it in. In my experience creatine powder does not mix that well, so it can be less than enjoyable to drink. What I love about these is that you don’t need to mix them with anything to take, you just pop them in and chew them. The flavor isn’t super strong, but it is good. The dosage is the standard 5g of creatine in 3 gummies. This is also helpful if you need to adjust your dosage you can just take more or less gummies and you don’t have to try and measure it out. These are super convenient and a nice upgrade to my supplements.

I might have a slight obsession with vegan, sugar-free gummy supplements. They’re a throwback to my childhood when my parents would buy gummy bear multi-vitamins. Although, I’m pickier about my supplements now than I used to be. I’ve found that creatine monohydrate supplements help with my workouts. I wouldn’t call these gummies game changers, but for me they make a small but noticeable difference.
The texture of these gummies is a slightly different from some of the other brands that I’ve tried. They’re almost like a cross between a fruit snack and firm jello. They’re a little chewy, but they don’t stick to your teeth. They’re easy to eat. It doesn’t feel like your jaw is getting a workout when you chew them.
The taste was shockingly accurate. Usually when I try blueberry flavored things, I don’t end up thinking that the flavor is very close to what it’s supposed to be. These actually taste like blueberries though! They’re yummy gummies that make taking a supplement enjoyable and not something to dread.

It is a decent creatine supplement to take as a pre/post workout for your gym sessions. I usually take creatine before with coffee and after with simple sugar. This is a good way to consume creatine. Solid 4 stars.

My son takes these gummies after each gym workout and loves the taste. He does say that he feels better after taking the gummies with a slight increase in energy and recovery from the workouts. He prefers the gummies to the powder form. Since he likes these, I believe he will continue to take them and reorder them.

I like creatine gummies since I don’t have to measure anything out. I also look for sugar free varieties like this one to keep my teeth from rotting. These have a good flavor as expected.
The product description for this brand claims they use a GMP certified factory. However, it is important to note that there is no mention of current GMP which is important. The product is supposedly third-party tested. If you are an athlete that has drug testing it is really important to verify what is in your supplements. I searched for a website and I was unable to find one. There is no documentation for proof of third-party testing that I could locate.

Testing and manufacturing is critical for supplements to ensure you are getting what is in the bottle. I deduct a star for each of the following:
– No (current) cGMP manufacturing. GMP is fine, but the facility could be 50+ years old which is why it needs to be “”current””
– Lack of third-party testing documentation *. If documentation is not provided, or it is not available on the website. Claims of testing are not enough.
* I exclude extracts and pure ingredient supplements from common foods

I always worry when I order gummies that they are going to be the super sticky, use your finger to dig them out of your teeth type. I was pleasantly surprised that these are not that! They are soft, chew easy, and aren’t overly sticky.
The flavor is really mild and makes it easy to throw down 4 for a full serving. I like that this includes a full 30 days worth. I took these about an hour before a heavy cardio session and was able to knock about 20 seconds off my normal mile run time. Creatine increases time to exhaustion in high intensity exercise so these are definitely legitimate.
Value wise there are other quality alternative gummies with more doses, smaller serving size and lower price so this may not be the best bang for your buck option.
