True: after taking half a can, only 1 gummy in the morning and another in the evening I finally read the label that says “4 gummies” lol… why can’t make a bigger bear and be done ?
Anyway, even taking 1/2 dosage daily I’d expect any kind of sign, any improvement but it’s been like nothing different happened… and now I have 1 1/2 cans to finish, but know that the dosage is 4 bears will make them go much faster: i’ll use as candy snack lol

These are the best creatine gummies I’ve tried yet. They don’t have a strange aftertaste and are just like eating a gummy candy. This is important to me because I don’t like taking supplements – the great taste makes these something I look forward to eating so I stick to my regimen. Yum!

The flavor and texture are fantastic. Mine seem to clump a little but are easily separated. I didn’t notice any difference when switching from a powder to these gummies so I’d say they do the trick!

This supplement is palatable and does not seem to cause stomach upset among the users in my family. If you are looking for a source of creatinine that is easy to take, and you have a bit of a sweet tooth, these fit the bill. They taste like gumdrops and are more sticky than a gummy bear. This would be a good addition to your regime if you are looking for a different way besides nutrient drinks.
