Thankfully I was given a refund for this item. Ten days went by and numerous messages saying it would take one more day, so I finally cancelled. This is a decent mid priced lotion that has worked well when I’ve used it for my hands to moisturize during knitting and craft projects. Unfortunately it never arrived. Oh, well. Amazon was cordial and refunded the price I paid. There was NO inclement weather thus far in my area so I’ve no idea about why the delays kept occurring.
