I got these for me, not for kids, as I have a leaky gut and it’s harder for me to get a lot of supplements in and have them be effective, unless they are sublingual, liquid, liquid caps or gummies. Of course, gummies are the tastiest way for them to go down. These are really tasty gummies. Not overly so but enough so that I finished these well ahead of schedule! It took me about 2 weeks to empty the bottle. But I’m an adult, not a child, so I figured I maybe needed more of all of the ingredients regardless. They tasted sweet, but not overly so. Some of the vitamins in them are B vitamins which usually are really hard for me to digest without feeling super queasy. I always felt a little better taking these vitamins and will have to order more.

These are good gummy vitamins. They have a nice texture and are easy to chew. The flavor is pretty good. It tastes like citrus fruit, mostly orange. The only thing I didn’t like was that the mineral flavor was really strong and the citrus didn’t mask the vitamin flavor as much as I had hoped. Still, they are far from bad. My two kids tried them and they both liked them. If the kids like them, then that’s all that matters.

Is this gummy vitamin meant for a middle aged woman? Probably not. Am I taking them anyway? Yes, yes I am, and I’m not ashamed. Sometimes I need a break from capsules, so I gave these gummies a shot. There was no real guidance for grown ups other than 4 years and older, so I don’t know if I should be taking more than suggested, but I take two. They taste great and are a nice summertime treat. When this bottle runs out in another week or so, I may have to go back to capsules. It was nice while it lasted. A+

These gummy vitamins are nice because they don’t stick to your teeth like many gummy supplements do. They start dissolving in your mouth as soon as you start chewing. I like that they come in a dark glass jar to protect the contents. The flavor is fine; but it is definitely not berry flavor. Tastes more like orange.

All this is my opinion, not a fact.
I have found that kid vitamins are easier to chew, a bit sweeter, and have a lesser overall dosage per chewie than adult vitamins.
Some seniors I know cannot swallow a pill, and also cannot chew well, so they just give up taking vitamins.
These gummies are better than not taking anything, in my opinion, and seniors I have given these to get excited to see this brand of delicious soft vitamin handed to them. That’s peace of mind for me, knowing I can turn my back and the pill won’t go in the trash.
I feel (and again, i am not a doctor, just a person who works with elderly) the the level of dosage is small enough to not upset stomach or system overall. These just enhance daily diet and make up a bit for a few missing items in diet, I have found.
To me, they taste hard to identify, but they taste good. I chewed four over a two day period just to try to determine the flavor for this review. It is not your typical wild berry flavor that most flavored chewable or gummy vitamins seem to come in.
I think the flavor is slightly strawberry banana, and it took me a lot of thinking to decide.
Overall, they are very tasty and a little sweeter and extremely easy to gum if you have no teeth.

I am taking the time to write this review to warn people that although these gummies seem amazing from the promo photos they do not disclose the “other ingredients” listed on the side. These vitamins are horrible for our kids, loaded with sugar including maltodextrin. It took me awhile to catch this because I totally overlooked it when I bought them and my kids got so hooked on them they would sneak them and this is why!! I’m not happy with this company. There are much better vitamins available for kids. My advice is to skip these.
