These pills really do help to keep you energized. Definitely stay hydrated while using them! I usually take one in the morning and one mid day or closer to night if I need to stay up. Yes- you will have a hard time sleeping if you take it around 8. As a young mom of two kids, feeling tired is a big issue (toddlers have endless energy). I gained a ton of weight 2 years ago (225 and only 5 foot 1 is not great 😭) Last summer, I used this and lost 20 pounds! Now i am out of the 200s all together. This is motivation in a pill to me, and if this sounds like something you could use- I encourage you. No jitters or feelings of anxiety, actually I felt happier? I’ve been using this as directed. Started out taking 1 a day and then 2 per day. I was drinking at least 2 liters of water daily, mostly more. I loved the increase in energy, wasn’t jittery feeling, just natural feeling of being able to do more. Started walking and increased distance with more walks. I’m so happy there’s no after taste taking these. So many other supplements you’re burping everything up, but not these. I do need to work on healthier eating, but just taking these, getting all the water and doing some exercising is helping me lose some inches off my waist. Overall I recommend these above all the other products out there. If you can follow the directions you’ll be able to feel better and lose weight.

I’ve always been skeptical about diet pills, always looked at others reviews, and this one one has amazing reviews and I’m here to write another!
I have tried other diet pills in the past and just felt as though I was just taking a pill with no actual effects. This specific pill, while may be quite expensive, is quite effective!!!

I have hip dysplasia, was diagnosed with it in 2019, before the diagnosis I did cardio programs such as Insanity, I absolutely loved how hard it was and the length of time it was. After my diagnosis I was told that I need to take things a lot easier as to not hurt myself. So I’ve done low impact cardio work outs, all different and have found it quite hard to get to the point of perspiring which really bothered me. Taking this pill has boosted my energy, has made me feel less bloated, has made me perspire like I am doing work outs such as Insanity, has helped curb cravings!

totally body positive so just because I am endorsing this product, I am not saying that anyone should feel like they need to look a certain way or be a certain weight! I 100% believe we should look each how we want to and do what makes us feel best, and not buy into all these societal pressures.
For me personally, my weight fluctuates and I have a health condition that makes it dangerous for me to gain weight. I also am only able to do low impact exercise, like swimming, which I love to do, but I cannot always rely on it for weight loss.
I am a vegan product tester, so I tried this all natural and vegan supplement for a couple weeks and I definitely lost some weight!
I noticed it gave me significantly more energy, and not in a way that felt unhealthy. I had more energy through the day and during exercise, and I was still able sleep well at night. I did not notice any side effects, only increased energy, and I didn’t get as many cravings.
The capsules contain a lot of green tea extract, cayenne powder, caffeine and some coffee extract . Honestly this feels way better than drinking a coffee or energy drink, no side effects or jitters!!

I’m exhausted, I eat MORE, have anxiety, and facial hair. It’s as if this stuff messed with my hormones. I’m going to make an appt to get my hormones checked and then update this review.
