I bought this after reading about an nih, fda study done on rosehip powder. Study participants received a reduction of facial wrinkles with improved skin quality as well as stronger cellular walls after 4 and 8 weeks use. This is my first time ordering rosehip powder so I don’t have much to compare to, but so far I’ve been really loving this. I add a tbsp to smoothies and chia puddings for extra Vit C and it has a really lovely flavor– sweet, fruity and slightly tart (the vit C). Tastes like ground up berries.
I’ve also found this to work really well for Vit C face masks– just a scoop of this with some honey and water and it helps brighten up my complexion nicely without any staining (the powder is bright yellow).
I store it in the fridge to keep the vitamin content stable.
Definitely a big fan and will be re-ordering when I run out!

Our family has been truly enjoying the quality and taste of this rosehip powder. We have mixed it in hot water to drink as tea, but our favorite use has been to mix with yogurt and granola and to mix into smoothies. In both cases, it provides a slight sour but sweet flavor that really enhances the taste of the yogurt and the smoothie. It has become a regular part of our morning routine.

A really fresh and potent product. I could tell it was fresh by the smell of the powder upon opening the sealed foil package. I found this to be a good product to help me with my chronic pain from MCTD – mostly in my lower back. This product at about 1500 mg a day, along with a Niagen product has really made a significant improvement in reducing the pain in my lower back and muscle aches. Also, my headaches have just about disappeared. Just make sure you are well-informed about taking the product as a regular supplement – as it has been shown to have a mild immune suppressing effect. I will definitely be taking breaks in taking Rosehips (Rosa Canina) supplement. I am planning on trying it 30 days on at about 1500 mg/day and 30 days off. I also take other immune boosting/modulating supplements in an effort to find balance.
