I am now a 73 year old female who has had chronic constipation and a liver disease. I only take natural whole food supplements as I was raised not to take medications except ibupropin (headache). I have had the flu twice in my life. 45 years ago. I have been blessed with a great immune system as I do not get sick. Now I have also suffered from chronic fatigue last year so I am going to go on a mission to t have my doctor try supplements that will benefit me. Because of age now it will take longer but I just work part-time so I can concentrate on sleep. Exercise and ban ace of food. Being full of toxins contribute to fatigue cause my body was not digesting fats etc properly and would just sit. Cause extreme flatulence abd fatigue.

I’ve suffered with IBS and reflux and stomach pain for two decades. I’ve taken every doctor’s prescription and tried most over the counter meds for these things, and adjusted my diet in every way possible. I still suffered and I still had to cancel plans over and over. Luckily, after another night of vomiting and an ugly bout of IBS, my sister sent me this okra pepsin. I started with 1 per meal and that didn’t help so I jumped to two per meal. I experienced immense relief within a few days of taking two with lunch and dinner, one with breakfast. I’m now at one per meal unless it is a heavy meal. For a while I was feeling so much better that I just forgot to keep taking it. Within a few days I was curled up in the old familiar pain. I’ll keep taking this brand of okra pepsin – it’s given me my life back.

Used this for acid reflux and other stomach ailment over the years. No side affects. No need for acid reflux meds. Also helped to heal a minor ulcer since it is a mucilage and acts like a band aid in the stomach.
