    I received “Stainless Steel Tweezers 10X Magnifying Mirror Kit Tool For Man Women Facial Hair Eyebrow Chin(2Pieces,Purple).” The mirror was dusty when I received it, so I had to clean it. The mirror is lower quality, with a lot of distortion. It does magnify though. The tweezers are nice quality metal. They’re capable of grasping a single strand of hair. The suction cups have a very strong grip on glass. I couldn’t get them to grip any other kind of surface.

    When this mirror arrived the surface was covered in oily marks that looked like fingerprints. Completely covered the silver surface. A vigorous rub with a glasses cleaning microfiber cloth took care of the issue and now it works well. The mirror comes with two small suction cups on the back so it can be adhered to a bathroom mirror. As far as the tweezers, they work. I love the lavender color and I like that they are color coordinated. It would be nice if the set included a case for storing both the mirror and the tweezers.

    This is a very light mirror with acceptable image quality. I like that there are suction cups on the back to attach to bathroom mirror for hands-free use.

    We’ve sort of been on a tweezer hunt. This order was one more attempt to find tweezers which work. Of course, the Great Tweezer Search could be the result of poor eyesight on the part of the operator(s). So, that 10X mirror sort of sealed the deal.

    The 3.5 inch mirror has suction cups top and bottom to allow it to be secured to a smooth surface.

    Now, to the star of the show: The tweezers were described, by our resident tester, as heavy duty and with a grip which is well above adequate. It’s taken a while but the Great Tweezer Search might be over!

    Very handy mirror and tweezer set, pretty good quality, the mirror doesn’t have any protection so it’s not really made for traveling, it’s easy to see the fine hairs in it though and the tweezers have a good grip.

  6. Thinking In The Dark –

    I got this magnifying mirror and tweezers to help pluck eyebrows. Both pieces are pretty useful, although they feel kind of cheap.

    THE MIRROR:
    This mirror is extremely light weight. I doubt that there is any glass in it. The mirror almost looks stuck on to a plastic backing. It’s hard to tell if it actually is, nevertheless it works pretty well. The focal point is in the very center. Everything on the perimeter of the mirror is a little warped. You have to view it pretty close to your face to see clearly. I found that I could only use it with one eye open and the other eye closed. The magnification is pretty strong and lets you see up close and to a higher degree than a pair of reading glasses. My mirror only has two suction cups on the back. I would prefer 3. Still, it sticks well to my bathroom mirror, as well as a smaller wall mirror I have.

    THE TWEEZERS:
    The tweezers are coated black in all places except for the tips. They don’t seem to be the most precise pair of tweezers, but they still work fairly well to pluck hairs. When I tested them, they were able to completely pull out maybe 90% of the hairs/eyebrows I tried to pull. I think these tweezers might have a little trouble with really fine hairs.

    FINAL THOUGHTS:
    I like having this mirror to use without having to wear reading glasses to see my eyebrows when I pluck them. The mirror is a little hard to use because of the narrow focal point and having to close one eye, but it still works well enough, and so do the tweezers. This may be a good beginners set or one to use when traveling. Giving this 4 stars, taking the inexpensive price into consideration.
