I’m not sure why Amazon asked me about the thickness or warmth of this product, however, they are easy to swallow and they warmed my heart when I was them in my mailbox. Like many other reviewers, I originally purchased these from the Dollar Tree. I take prescription stimulants and when they run out or I decide that I want something not as harsh, I turn to these! I LOVE them, the energy that I get from one lasts through out the day (9-5). They not make me feel shaky nor do I feel like I crash when it wears off. I have notice recently, that they have been making my stomach hurt when I take one on an empty stomach So, I recommend taking with food. Shipping was fast and package and items were in excellent condition. If trying this for the first time, I suggest purchasing at the Dollar Tree then, if you want a hoard of them but don’t want to look like you might have some kinda habit, I would purchase your hoard from here.

I love taking these over any liquid energy on the market. Does give a great energy boost, only caution don’t take them every day, I was doing that for awhile and it showed an excess of B12 in my system, so now I take less often, usually on days that are busy
this style does not work for me because it flattens my bust –
This is one of the best vitamins that I ever taken it really worked 100% I will purchase it again at a later date

I take the B12 energy shots first thing in the morning to help me get going. Sometimes I need a little more later in the day and these are more convenient than the bottle. Not 100% the same as the shot, more of a booster for later in the day.
