Aside from being dried and ground these sprouts are as close to being fresh as I imagine possible. They are certainly potent and have a kick and yet there is a subtly savory taste with them. If you want spicy sprouts you can take with you I highly recommend these.

After only moderately successful efforts at growing my own broccoli and kale sprouts, these were so much easier. I have tried other brands, but I could taste that these were harvested fresh at the peak of their nutrition.

i didn’t carefully watch the video of the avocado toast and didn’t notice that it isn’t a fine powder. it is very coarse and the seed nut or hard bud of the sprouts are the major constituent of the mix.
it is more of a seasoning than a “powder” for mixing.
the advertising was a little unclear due to the freeze-dried powder labeling.
ppl don’t usually think granular sprout grinds when referring to freeze-dried powder.
but i guess the supposed nutrients are all there for a good price.
and it is possible to simply toss it into a smoothie blend.
it just won’t be a fine smooth seamless miscible blend.
okay for adding to non freeze-dried green powders as an additional whatever.

I wanted to try microgreens because I live in an area where fresh fruit and veggies are not only expensive, they do not naturally grow here most the year and imports are not good quality. Up to 80% of the nutrients in produce have already degraded by the time it reaches the consumer. I assume it is worse here as most produce is unavailable and the rest is picked before it is ripe and then half bad by the time it reaches us. Lots of it freezes on trucks and turns mushy too.
Using freeze dried seems the most effective way to always get nutrient density. I just don’t have time to grow my own but want to take care of my body.
I add this to diluted black currant juice. I also add in 2 teaspoons of freeze dried blueberry powder. The drink is delicious, full of nutrients and I am motivated to make it and drink it because it is delicious.
I wish it wasn’t as expensive but I entirely understand why it IS so expensive. It is less expensive than lots of the produce in my area in terms of nutritional value per ounce. I LOVE that it doesn’t taste like broccoli or Kale.
