My fear is losing the last hip standing because I’m all bone on bone everywhere. I believe this product helps me do that and has for 5 years (minus one in the middle). There are other options out there, but I trust this one. Some might be better, but I can’t chance finding out. I know the company that makes these as I used to work there and research ingredients.
What I also know is that I took a chance with a gummy for a year and my remaining cartilage for one hip just disappeared and the other thinned horrendously fast. Not so with this product. I trust it.
I don’t know if I can speak on the pain relief issue, per se, but I’d say yes, it does make a difference after only a couple of days if I forget to take this pill. My hips are much more painful if I forget. I don’t know if that counts as pain relief in the traditional sense. I don’t believe the pill gets rid of any pain, only prevents more of it.

I’ve been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for years and years. I believe it does help with joint lubrication and keeps my knees and hips healthier than if I didn’t take it…YMMV. I usually buy it at Walmart, but it’s out of stock a LOT, so I just turned to the convenience of Amazon. Fast shipping and lower price…can’t beat that!!

It says its a twin pack and i only got 1 bottle and it was broken! One of the worst thing I’ve bought! Only got half my product and not even a sealed bottle

Not all versions are equal, this one works for me. I was introduced to Glu/Chon by my pharmacist friend. I was experiencing pain in the shoulder which was joint related. Wake me up in the middle of the night if I rolled over. On faith of a friend, I took this for 30 days without measuring anything. At the end of that test, I recall I had not woke with pain in an unknown number of nights. It either works or I believe it works. Either way, it works. I tried other brands and some work better than others, in fact, some don’t work at all or not enough to keep the pain from coming back….BTW It takes about 30 days to be sure you are going to get an effect, but only about seven days if you quit taking it or get a brand that is not as good. Main good about triple vs double is you take less pills a day. mox nix.

I have been taking this for several years now and it’s amazing. I no longer have any hip joint pains. I had bursitis in my hip at an early age and as I grew older it started hurting again. A friend recommended this product and within a month the pain was gone and it has never recurred. That was about 10 years ago. After I took the recommended dose for a few months, I cut back to 1 per day and that is still what I take. I had no side effects from it but my husband had stomach issues and switched to just Glucosamine and it is helping him with knee pain. This brand is what I always buy as it was the first I tried that did so well.
