EDIT TO ADD: I initially received this product for free as a Vine Voice Reviewer, but when the bottle ran dry I had difficulty getting a good night of sleep. I’ve since continued to purchase E-Z Nite because it really works! (Original review follows.)
I usually have anxiety or my brain is juggling countless thoughts when I try to fall asleep. Over the years I’ve used various supplements and tinctures, but this is the first time I’ve tried a spray and it’s also the first time I’ve used a product containing hemp.
This product is for adults only. The directions advise the consumer to use this 15 minutes before going to sleep. To begin, shake the bottle well before spraying two pumps into your mouth (preferably under the tongue). You may swallow after holding the spray under your tongue for an unidentified amount of time.
I’ve been using this AFTER I brush my teeth so that I don’t inadvertently wash away any of the spray or its potency. The spray is really minty and refreshing, and I’d compare it to a pleasant flavor not unlike toothpaste or mouthwash.
The first night I used this, I simply turned off my lamp and closed my eyes. My body was already exhausted, but instead of thoughts ricocheting around in my mind, I simply felt cozy and floaty, and I drifted to sleep with ease. During subsequent nights, I used the spray but tried activities such as watching Netflix or reading a book. I did NOT fall to sleep until I just got into bed, turned out the light, removed my distractions, and let sleep come to me.
The verdict? As long as I’m not actively involved in an activity, when I use E-Z NITE, my mind seems to quiet itself when I wait for sleep to come to me. (My mind usually goes berserk when I try this!) Two sprays and I fall asleep quickly AND I sleep well throughout the night; it’s incredible! I’m definitely recommending this to my friends who have, like me, been searching for a way to get a good night of sleep.

I was unconvinced when I ordered this if it would be useful or snake oil. The world of hemp oil is a tricky one to navigate. Part of the confusion comes from the fact that a few different things can be labeled “hemp oil”. It could mean oil from the seeds–which is rich in antioxidants but has no CBD and hence no real value for things like pain relief or sleeping. And there’s whole-plant hemp extract, which may or may not contain enough CBD to do much of anything.
It gets even trickier on Amazon because they have rules about promoting CBD. In a nutshell, you can’t mention CBD at all in your listing. So the buyer has to work hard to figure out what they may be buying.
Anyway, looking at the ingredients on the bottle, I see hemp “hemp.” Hmmm. Not a huge help there. So I did a search and found the manufacturer’s website, where you’ll find a bunch of products listed for sale. Every single product besides this notes the inclusion of CBD or CBD+CBN. This one, strangely, doesn’t say anything at all. But, based on some reasonable inference, it does appear this is one of the products that has CBD in it. Yay. Of course, how much is anyone’s guess. A dosage (two sprays) is listed as having 9mg of “hemp”. Is that 9mg of CBD extracted from the hemp? Might be. That’s a bit low by the standards of CBD products, but as part of a sleep cocktail, it might be enough. This is particularly true because the hemp that’s included is “nano hemp”. That means the hemp distillate has been dispersed into nanoparticles. The net result is that hemp distillate distributes in your body far faster than hemp distillate not in a nano forumlation, and the effect is faster and more reliable. With standard (non nano) hemp distillate, the effect can take anywhere from 20-120 minutes, depending, especially on how much fat you’ve recently ingested. That’s a bummer if you want to go to sleep soon. So the nano-formulation is quite valuable.
Besides hemp (CBD), you get L-theanine, melatonin (4mg/dose), magnesium, and valerian root. L-theanine and melatonin are pretty effective by themselves. With the hemp extract, it’s quite a good non-habit-forming sleep cocktail.
I tried some as recommended: Two sprays before bedtime. I know that’s anecdotal, but it’s similar to my experience with CBD sleep-focused solutions purchased elsewhere in the past, and sleep started to sound really good about 20 minutes later. The taste was not bad, although that’s about where that ends. Minty. About like toothpaste. I mean, you won’t take this for the flavor, but the flavor was fine for something you need to hold in your mouth for a few minutes.
This stuff might not seem cheap compared to some other “hemp oils” on Amazon. But some of those cheap ones have no CBD (trust me, been there, done that). The price is reasonable for what it is–especially considering the nanoforumated hemp distillate.

The E-Z Nite Hemp Sleep Spray is pricey but effective. The nano particle hemp extract is more bioavailable and easier to assimilate than, say, cold pressed oil. Add in the Melatonin, L-Theanine, Valerian Root, and Magnesium and have a nice little sleep cocktail. The recommended dose is 2 pumps, but I find I need about 4. That said, it does work and in half an hour I’m drowsy and ready to get some Zzzs.
My only real complaint is the minty flavor. It is way to strong and actually irritates my throat. That is NOT very restful. But it is what it is and isn’t a bad taste per se, just potent. After holding it my mouth for a while I wash it down with a sip of water. This stuff works, so I’m willing to forgive the harshness. My bottle came in a small box and was sealed.

Taste like lemon peppermint. Not really effective but relaxes the body before sleeping. Ingredients are more on relaxing the body to help sleep. Just dont expect it helps you sleep right away
