I used to get frequent leg cramps at night, especially during the summer. So I started taking magnesium supplements and found they cut down on the night cramps. After an especially active day, when my bad leg starts cramping even before I hit the pillow, I like to apply a topical magnesium directly to my foot and calf to help ward off cramps. I like that this is nonscented and does not feel greasy at all. The spray bottle is convenient and a good size to be able to manage one-handed.

Especially here in SoCal where the weather can be pretty harsh on the skin, sometimes regular old sunblock can only do so much before it doesn’t really help out anymore. This spray will definitely help your sore muscles and give you a shot of magnesium. It’s worth it because it is helpful. However, I do not like how it feels on my skin. I thought it might be oily, but it’s not. Still, the filmy weird feeling it leaves on my skin is best described as unpleasant. I’d still recommend it for relief, just be aware that your skin might feel a bit weird with it lingering on it. I can’t use it before bed because it irritates me when I’m laying in bed feeling that film on my legs.

I tried to research this company, but didn’t find a website. With the supplements it’s important that the customer can find at least some information on what they are about to put in or on their bodies. If there’s this brand’s website in Chinese, it could be helpful to have it in English if the product is sold in the US.
As for “organic” claim: this is a solution with a mineral in it and there are probably different fluids/solutions that go into manufacturing process and it would be good to be assured about their quality, but here “organic” is just a word in the description. I don’t appreciate this tactic.
There’s a story about mining process of “Seven Minerals Pure Magnesium Oil” on the back of the bottle, mentioning that it’s extracted in the Southern US. I’m not sure what it refers to. The package mentions, “Made in China”. I just find this manufacturing process unlikely, but that story doesn’t claim, “This oil is mined in the US and packaged in China”, it may just casually and conveniently talk about something else.
I do use it on my feet before bed and on sore muscles during the day and hope for the best, sometimes I’m at a point where I’m not very picky about manufacturing process, but I could be in the future. The fact that you should massage it in is a plus, because massaging is always better, than nothing.
The price is quite high for 2 oz. compared to similar products.
