The Mg Elephant In The Room: As with any supplement, results are so subjective. For me, Mg works well on my tired gym muscles and as a general stress relieving relaxation spray. If Mg works for you…or you’re looking to try it out for the first time…this is a great choice.
The product is 100% clean and pure. Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten free and more. It’s easy to spray and massages in easily. No smell. Not greasy. Absorbs quickly.
NOTES: This ads claims 25mg per spray, which is great. Higher than many of the brands you will find at the Big Box stores, but not the highest available on the market. It’s a good level for most people, tho. Not a deal breaker at all, just a callout. Be aware that it’s also slightly wetter than some other dry spray options. Not really an issue because it dries so quickly. Just letting you know. And there are no other ingredients in there that will give you the heat and/or tingle if that is on your wish list.
But for a clean, pure easy to apply Mg oil – check this one out. Would totally recommend.

This magnesium spray is nice and light, not too greasy, and smells good! I put some on my feet and put some slipper socks on top of them and my feet felt night with a slight pleasant tingle to them after a few minutes so I could tell it’s working. I’m new to using magnesium oil as a method of reducing muscle aches so I look forward to seeing if this improves my back and leg aches.

I can’t really speak to the efficacy fo the vitamin yet, because how can you really tell? I am supposed to supplement my diet with magnesium and I’m tired of taking a fist full of supplements, so I thought I’d try the magnesium spray for a while instead of the pill. It’s easy to administer, just spray it on your feet before bed. You could put socks on afterward, but I just read for a bit and let it dry, then go to bed. It’s not greasy at all and doesn’t make your feet sticky.

I am a soccer referee, and might do anywhere from 1 to 4 (sometimes more) matches a day. After such long hours on my feet, running back and forth, my legs and feet are always sore and aching the next day; if not the same day. After searching for a solution to help alleviate some of the pain I found this Magnesium Spray. I’ve used it in the past and find it to be very effective and high quality. I keep it in my referee bag and spray it on between games and at home recovering. I like the spray instead of a lotion because it is quick and easy to apply. It is easy to rub in and dries quick. If you use to much it is still fine, but it might leave a white powdery residue (the magnesium chloride). It quickly absorbs through the skin and offers quick relief. The quantity is very generous for the price and there are no fillers. I highly recommend this spray.
